Awesome pizza and beer!

We went with 4 adults and 2 children. Servers were attentative and prompt and tolerated the 2 loud youngsters. The draft beers were excellent! Crab soup, salad and lime chipotle wings were very good appetizers. Ordered a variety of pizzas which were all very good. Street parking, we aware of you... read more

Took a trip to this joint after seeing it on the Food Network. Our hotel was directly across the street, so it wasn't inconvenient. We both ordered drinks to start. The first drink was given back, as my counterpart didn't like her sangria. Our waiter politely obliged and brought out another drink. Again it was average. I forget what I... More

Nothing fancy, but great artichoke & crab risotto. The thin crust pizza was good too. Rum selection is amazing, but we opted for a bottle of Cabernet, not bad prices at all.

Feels local. Good beer selection and well stocked bar. Square shaped pizza was excellent! We sat at the bar and had a couple of beers and shared a cheese pizza. Met some nice folks who had stopped in after an orioles game.

Friendly staff, speedy service. We went on a Friday night when a jazz group was playing. Of course, live jazz makes everything instantly classy. It was a relaxed "come as you are" atmosphere, though. The draft beer was good and the pizza was excellent. Thin crust, gourmet feel.

Yes, it's a small, somewhat dated bar. Yes, their pizza is different, and like some other reviewers I'm a big fan of New York pizza, and have been struggling to find decent pizza in our area in the 30 years we've lived here. That said, we really enjoyed our experience at Joe's. While the crust was thinner than we would... More

Not in the best part of Baltimore. Def a dive. Food was ok. Service was ok. Service was the bartender getting to you when she could. It wasn't a busy time so it wasn't too bad. It was freezing in the restaurant. Never got to take off my coat. I ordered pizza. It was lukewarm when it came out and... More

My son saw this place on the TV show Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and wanted to check it out. We had a great time! It's all about the food here. The place is a hip dive, clean but barebones and sparse. If you're looking for ambiance you'll be disappointed. BUT... If you are looking for some amazing, if slightly odd,... More

I should preface this by stating that my standards for pizza are significantly lower everywhere in the US outside of NYC so I feel like this critique is fairly objective. I should also say that I've only had their pizza and can't judge the rest of their food. The times I've walked in, it's been dim, dingy, looked a little... More

thank you Joe Squared for serving the best pizza in Baltimore, and for supporting local musicians nightly. This place is a gem. Nothing more needs to be said.
