My husband and I had many people tell us how amazing Fogo de Chao is, so we finally decided to go. Neither of us understood what all the fuss was about. The salad bar portion of the restaurant was fairly basic. I love vegetables and sides, but had trouble finding things that looked appealing. I also personally didn't like that... More

I decides to try this restaurant, even though it is part of a chain, as when i went in to look around the staff were very good at the front of house. I have to say it is extremely poor value for money for dinner. I constantly had to wave to the the "gauchos" walking through with meat, to get... More

My wife took me to Fogo de Chao to celebrate my birthday. We had reservations for 5pm, and we were seated immediately upon arrival (the bar area had about 20 walk-ins waiting for tables...I recommend reservations). One of the hosts was at our table within seconds, welcoming us and explaining the dining experience. My wife only wanted the salad bar,... More

Very impressed! Went for my birthday on a Sunday night all the cuts advertised were there and were hot fresh and very tasty. Wait staff was amazing always checking in. Once you turn your chip to green the food just keeps coming! They were very accommodating and always asked how you liked it cooked. Turtle cheesecake was amazing!!! The only... More

Maybe it was just a bad night or something, but tonight's Fogo de Chao meal wasn't as good as in the past. For starters, the A/C wasn't working well. It was hot and stuffy. It didn't seem like all of the advertised meat cuts were coming around. And, when you wanted more of a particular cut, you basically needed to... More

The food and atmosphere was amazing and only a few minutes walk from our hotel and night life. The bar made some great signature drinks.

We really enjoyed our dinner here; in addition to excellent food, the service was absolutely amazing. Every glass was constantly refilled, the gaucho chef's were always available with a new cut of meat, and every need was attended to. The Caipirinha's are amazing; one of my favorite drinks to have with their fine food. The entire family enjoyed our visit... More

How can you go wrong with unlimited meats? And not poor quality meats either, very good cuts and well prepared. I've gone here with groups of friends and just as a couple and it never disappoints. The servers are usually very attentive and if you see one walking by and give him a nod, they will swing over to your... More

Go on an empty stomach. We went for lunch, which I hear is the same as dinner, only $20 cheaper. Staff was fantastic- and the work they do is like a dance. There is so much going on, between the enormous salad bar and the meat servers. It's a wonder they don't force them to take ballet classes. Food was... More

What can I say, this is one of my favorite restaurants, for the reasons outlined by many others. I come here quite often, so just want to share some tips for those concerned with the price/getting their money's worth and having a great experience: - Eat the better cuts if you want to get your money's worth. Filet, Ribeye, Lamb... More
