Good meal. A little over price

I had the crab stuffed shrimp. The shrimp were great. Decent sized portion. It came with mashed potatoes and vegetables which were average.

We made the long walk around the Inner Harbor to try the Rusty Scupper; unfortunately, most Reviewers are right when they highlight the view as the best point about the restaurant. We disliked the dipping sauce that came with the fresh bread and the recommended Calamari appetizer fell flat (but its sauce was tasty). The Crabcake was fresh, but nothing... More

This restaurant was a disappointment. From its location on the Inner Harbor, one expected more than it offered. Overcooked frozen sea food, limp salad, and inattentive service. Granted, it was a busy night, but one expected more from a restaurant of its advertised image. They did have a good beer and wine list but not enough to make up for... More

We hosted a business dinner in the Captain's room of the Rusty Scupper on April 17. The food was amazing, the view was amazing and the service was incredible. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area, whether it be for business or personal.

We were in town on personal business and met old friends for dinner at the Rusty Scupper at their recommendation. We were seated at a great table with a stellar view, and were served by a friendly and knowledgeable waitress. The food, for the price, was only fair. We shared a calamari appetizer, which was rich, tasty, and good. Three... More

My husband and I attended the Sunday live jazz brunch. We really enjoyed everything about it. We really enjoyed the omelet station.

Our family attended at large private rehearsal dinner for a wedding here. Most of the guests were from out of town so in that respect it was a wonderful place for a group dinner, consider the view is nearly unparalleled on Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Also, I would chose this place over a chain any day. The food, however, is average.... More

A great view of the harbor and a full, terrific menu, though a bit pricey, but to be expected in this part of the city. The service was prompt and very attentive, and I was greeted warmly and seated by the window. Very casual dress and not at all stuffy. I will certainly go back.

The view of the inner harbor is beautiful and relaxing from the restaurant. The service was great as was the food. The Maryland crab soup was to die for! My entrée was excellent as well. Definitely glad we chose to dine there!

Birthday dinner here for my wife, we picked it right after lunch and 5 hours before we planned on eating. I reserved it with my phone on Open Table and kept my fingers crossed as an Open Table rookie...but they had us on the sheet when we arrived! Outstanding Harbor view, pricing was what we expected and Nick our server... More
