We always eat at this restaurant when we are in Baltimore. Great seafood right on the water. Food and service are always wonderful. Great jazz brunch on Sundays with free champagne. After your lunch take a ride around the inner harbor on the water taxi and get in a little shopping. A very nice way to spend the afternoon.

My husband and I had Christmas Eve dinner here. We had Rockfish topped with crab. The fish was moist and tender, but not so tender that it fell apart. It was seasoned to perfection. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. As the title said there was a view. You can see Baltimore's Inner Harbor from the dining room. There... More

This was a very nice upscale restaurant. I had the tilapia stuffed with crab and lobster bisque soup. The atmosphere was quiet and you could converse easily with your table mates. It was a nice meal with higher end services and food choices. I enjoyed the key lime pie for dessert and it was very rich and creamy.

Finally made it out to the Rusty Scupper, and it was worth the effort! The service was excellent, and everything from the focaccia bread sticks and dipping sauce, cream of crab soup, crab cakes, ribeye steak, and chocolate cake - all were perfectly done. That and the best harbor and city view - a terrific night out for a special... More

Maybe a bit overpriced. Food is usually very very good. Recommend the seafood. Not sure I'd view as a bargain. Depending on your seating, the highlight may be the view overlooking the Inner Harbor

Our Volunteer Group of over 100+ people had a Wonderful Holiday Brunch recently for our umpteenth time. We were not disappointed. Main Man & Manager ED was there with his Great Holiday Tie to Greet Us. His Hostess efficiently stamped our parking tickets. My favorite was a Custom Omlette made by Expert Chef AARON who wisely asked if I'd like... More

We have visited this restaurant yearly because we come here to Baltimore for conferences. The food is good, not superb, but good. It is a little overpriced but it is the Inner Harbor. The service is always excellent and they bend over backwards to make sure you are pleased. It is the same Rusty Scupper of New Market fame of... More

The atmosphere is beautiful. Nicely decorated interior for the holidays with live piano music. The night view of the water and the city is beautiful. I understand why the crab cakes are their specialty-absolutely delicious. Large lump crabmeat with great flavor. They have an extensive wine list, although I would like to have had more options for by the glass purchase.... More

We went to the Rusty Scupper in early December 2014. After being greeted by one of the owners (I think?) and a very friendly hostess, we went to our table and were treated by our young waiter Tim. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Since the crab season had ended, we decided on something lighter. We started with a dozen... More
