Delicious

Great view and the food was amazing. We had the cream of crab soup-- there weren't many lumps of crab, but the flavor was perfect. Ordered the surf and turf and holy cow- the crab cake was to die for! Steak was cooked perfectly and totally melted in your mouth. Highly recommend

We stopped here for lunch, and it was delicious! We had the Crab Chowder, Rockfish Tempura, Stuffed Rockfish, Crab cake, and Creme Brulé. Everything was really good and our servers were great! The portions were good and the timing was too.

Nice place, four of us went. Good service. I got a $54 steak that was over cooked and it looked like a flat iron steak. Other three seafood plates were good.

Ordinarily, we do not go to restaurants that are part of a chain, but The Rusty Scupper's view of the Inner Harbor is incomparable! Since we were not expecting gourmet food, we were ok with what was served. If you like single malt scotch they have a flight of scotch tastings that was great.

The seating provided a beautiful panoramic view of the harbor. The waitress was professional and courteous. The menu was very expensive for the quality, taste and presentation provided. The food was not hot and had very little taste. The crab vegetable soup was all vegetables with specks of crab. We ordered crab cakes that had no taste and rock fish... More

We came here for a business meet & greet to have apps & drinks. We were not impressed. The seared tuna had the taste of sterno fuel & when we questioned it, there was just a shrug from the waiter and an "are you sure?". Yes, we are sure, we could smell it before the tuna even made it to... More

As a seafood lover, I was beyond excited to sit down at a locally caught seafood restaurant. When we sat down at our table, the views had our attention more than the menu. Something about sitting at a window that overlooks the inner harbor, sets a restaurant apart from others. My husband ordered the fish and chips and I ordered... More

I am rather selective as far as my seafood goes beings I live in a fishing/resort town. I was not disappointed by the Rusty Scupper. My fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. We were seated at a beautiful table with views of the harbor and the city. The service was fantastic! Beautiful experience! Will be back when we are in... More
