Better than average pub food with delightful service

The food experience of our party of three varied; the fish dishes were "acceptable but not knockouts," while I thought the pork loin with risotto and roasted veggies was outstanding. (The roasted veggies particularly so; who knew I liked brussel sprouts?) One side and entrance looks like and is a... read more

Good Guinness served by a mouthy Italian bartender who should keep his opinions on Ireland and baseball to himself. Loud and a bit annoying. Guinness is good here and would be better if they filled the glasses or someone teaches them how to pull a Pint properly.. Did I mention the Italian barman..? Watch a video if you need to... More

We had a last minute pre-holiday get together with friends and family last week. Upon entering we were greeted with a warm smile and escorted to a festive and nicely decorated back dining room. Our server greeted us with a pleasant hello, was well versed and recommended the crab cake dinner which was all jumbo lump and broiled to perfection.... More

Honestly, there are no other places in the area I enjoy frequenting as much as Claddagh. I have been going for years, staff is always on point, service is speedy and friendly, food is consistent and out of this world, atmosphere and decor is second to none. If you are in the area it's a no brainer.

Have frequented this place often ever since moving to Baltimore back in 2010. From $1 beer night on Thursdays, to having dinner in the dining room when my family visits, Claddagh Pub has never disappointed. Also a great place to watch sports on weekends, with tons of TVs to watch different games, great food and drink specials, and an accommodating... More

The crab cakes were exceptional! They are on sale for $18.95 on Thursday nights. Also, the firecracker shrimp appetizer was amazing! The authenticity of the bar itself is highlighted by the decor. Guinness signs, soccer logos and authentic paintings of old Irish men cover the walls. The bartenders are extremely personable and very helpful with helping us navigate around the... More

My husband & I dropped by for lunch at Claddagh on 11/16. We previously had dined at this Pub and the food was well prepared & tasty. Not this time. We ordered the crab dip as an appetizer. It is advertised as "Hot Maryland Crab Dip with vegetables and french bread." Not so, what we got was a cheese dip... More

Located on the square in Canton, it is a nice building in a nice location, with several room and a large bar. The food is a mixture of irish and american, with some fish plates. Everything we had, grilled fish, crab cakes, potatoes and vegetable was just OK. There is much better food all around

The Claddagh pub has a great outdoor courtyard- away from the street. The drinks are good, the outdoor seating is a definite bonus, and their crab dip is out of this world. The only thing I can note as a downfall is that the waiter brought us an extra loaf of bread for the crab dip (which we did not... More
