A co-worker and I hit Blue Moon on a Wednesday at about 8:30am. Absolutely no wait, in fact we had our choice of a few tables. Our well decorated server was gracious in a very NYC way (efficient and attentive, with no small talk). My collegue had the Spicy Crab Omelette special and I went for Huevos Racheros. The racheros... more
I was in Baltimore in the Fells Point district this weekend for a wedding and was referred to the Blue Moon for breakfast. This was an excellent choice. The restaurant is in the Fells Point area and is small, about 9 tables. There is always a wait, but it's worth it. I was there on Saturday and Sunday and had... more
The Blue Moon was one of the more memorable restaurants on D,D&D for me, and the capt'n crunch french toast looked so amazing that when a friend asked me to go to Baltimore with her for a weekend I jumped at the chance, excited to go to Blue Moon. We drove 7 hours for the event we were attending and... more
Best Brunch ever - Captain Crunch French Toast is unbeatable.. the love in every dish down to the enormous blueberries garnishing your plate. I used to brunch in NYC.. this place beats em all. more
Long wait, but try the Captain Crunch french toast! more
GREAT BREAKFAST...don't order off the menu. more
I'll say it right out...I did NOT eat here. Saw this place on food network and had to try the capt crunch french toast. Yes you have to wait but there are only about 8-9 tables here. It was worth the wait! The capt crunch french toast was so good but very sweet! We shared that and an egg omelette. Oh and the buttermilk biscuits were to die for!... more
I have been to this funky little joint several times, and have always had a great meal. If you are complaining about there being a wait time, especially for Sunday breakfast, you don't belong in B'more. Weekends in Baltimore are made for relaxing and taking things slow. So when they tell you it will be a 45 minute wait simply... more
