We went to the Blue Moon Cafe on Saturday around 3:30. At that time there was no line to get in, which I understand is unusual. We were greeted by a very pleasant waitress. I had the Captain Crunch french toast and my husband had the Frito pie french toast. We both though the food was average and overpriced (... More

Stayed in baltimore for 3 nights went to Blue Moon twice for Breafast/lunch. Fun people (especially Tara) and great breakfast, Had the apple and bacon pancakes one day and the "Sweet Baby Jesus" the next, both were delicious. Tried the massive cinnamon roll thanks to Tara! it is sinfully delicious. Will go back every time I am in Baltimore...oh yeah,... More

On a cold morning in March, the restaurant was frigid. But the food was good, not excellent, but good. Portions were too large for one, so unless you are very, very hungry, the portions are large enough to share.

Whenever my husband and I go out of town, we are always in search of a standout place that would be something you may find on an episode of DDD. I ran across an online video of the DDD episode where Guy had eaten here; watching, I drooled over the unique creations. There was no doubt in our minds, that... More

My husband and 8 month old son had breakfast here on a chilly Monday. We waited about 20 mins. They even had a high chair for my son which of course I appreciated instead of him sitting on my lap the entire time. My husband and I shared a cinnamon roll, the 2 specials captain cruch french toast, and sweet... More

es, it's a small space. Yes, there's a wait. and YES it's worth it ! Our party of 4 waited about an hour to be seated one brisk March Sunday morning to try the "Best Baltimore Breakfast". The café is so small with little wait space inside, so we waited outside. It's even tricky to get in to put your... More

After we read reviews about Blue Moon we wanted to see what the hype was about. We put our name on the list around 9:15 on a Saturday Morning and our wait was 1 hour 45 minutes. It was a little chilly waiting outside but we talked to people and did people watching so the time went by fast. The... More

Friends from Baltimore showed us this tiny breakfast spot on an out-of-the-way street in Fells Point. We got there at 1:30 on a Sunday. The place holds maybe ten tables max and has no indoor area for waiting, so we did have to wait outside for an hour before a table became available. During some of that time we were... More

I really didn't believe the reviews that said the service was bad. I thought that was really not going to be an issue with me but I was dead wrong... I wouldn't suggest coming here unless you have a need to be treated badly and embarrassed in front of your date. You are immediately greeted by Ariel who says "Sign... More

This place has never failed to offer the standard fare, but always offers a new and special culinary adventure. It may very well be of the best location that will continue to offer great meals to the locals, but make the tourist, or traveler, very satisfied, The prices are reasonable and the food is always fresh, and, day or night,extremely...
