After hearing that we MUST try the Blue Moon Cafe we ventured over on a Sunday and put our name in. There were 8 of us so we were told it would be 90 minutes. The place is quaint, but tiny. After well over 2 hours we finally got a table. They have a couple specialties that are crowd pleasers.... More

Have been coming here for years...absolutely tastey food, LONG wait but well worth it. The Food is incredible...so much food, you will have left-overs. The price is reasonable...go early during the weekday or early on the weekend, thats when they stay open 24 hrs. You will not go wrong on anything you order. My choice-Captain Crunch French Toast with fruit... More

Was at the Blue Moon in late August for breakfast. Had to wait about 20 minutes for a table but it was well worth it. My wife had the Captain Crunch French toast and is still raving about it. Scrabble and eggs was a very unique combination of ingredients and equally as good. Potato pancakes were also excellent (yes, there... More

Having seen Blue Moon on Diners, Drive ins and Dive we had to give it a try...We went on a Friday morning hoping it wouldn't be to busy. We happen to walk in a the right time, there was a table for 2 available, so we got seated right away. We opted not to go for the Capt'n Crunch French... More

We read many good reviews of this little cafe and gave it a try on our trip through Baltimore...and it lived up to expectations on the food. Great selection and both the Huevos Rancheros and Dimitris burritos were very good. The portions were so large I couldn't finish mine (very rare occurrence!) and the coffee was good as well. We'll... I tried Blue Moon Cafe because it was on Triple D. It's a funky, eclectic place, about a 10 min taxi ride from the new casino. I planned to order the dish featured on Triple D, the captain crunch French toast, but saw my favorite, potato pancakes on the menu. They were huge and very tasty. I just wish the... More

The other reviews on the site are pretty much spot-on. Yes, there will be a wait. Yes, it is definitely worth it. The Capt'n Crunch French toast is one of the best things I've ever eaten. The Sweet Baby Jesus was delicious as well. Plan on getting your name on the list and then having to wait. We went on... More

We went to the Blue Moon Cafe because of the show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. When we arrived we had about a thirty minute wait. The cafe is very small, so we waited outside on the sidewalk. The weather was perfect and the wait was not a problem. We were able to park close and it was just a short... More

The Captain Crunch french toast was well worth the hour wait!! The Baby Jesus was also amazing. Highly reccomend the biscuits and jelly. I wasn't a fan of the biscuits and gravy. This place is a MUST.
