It's a must go to when in Baltimore!!! Go early, the lines get long around 9 am. I loved the captain crunch french toast which is of course what they are known for but I went twice in one weekend while I was in town and the second time I got a tex mex eggs option that wasn't on the... More

My husband and I have been to this place several times. Theres always a long wait, but its very worth it. The menu is very different and interesting. I love the sweet baby jesus, which is kinda like a crab and cheese egg scramble. My husband usually gets the captain crunch french toast. I once ordered the pineapple upside down... More

My husband and I decided to try out the Blue Moon Cafe for a late breakfast. We arrived around 11 and had to wait about 45 minutes, seems a little long but it was worth it. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, I highly recommend getting the half order because the full order was a ridiculous amount of food. My... More

The food was good with huge portions. Capt crunch French toast was to die for. The smallest dining room ever causes a long wait. Worth it if the wait isn't too long.

Blue Moon is a small place - up a few stairs and tables stuffed into a longish room. Seems to be a local's place - indeed, I was there with a local. The food was a fairly typical take on breakfast in North America with a bit of attitude. There was a hipster, almost hippie, flair to the service attitude... More

We drove by this place on our way to our hotel Saturday and the line outside at 4pm peaks our interest. A quick look online and it hits, they are known for their "Captain Crunch French Toast". I don't like this cereal but it was amazing. We waited outside on a chilly Sunday morning. A young gentleman came out and... More

10:15 on a Saturday evening, 4 customers in the entire place and we have to wait 15 minutes to get service. Sure we were brought a glass of water by the hostus after waiting 5 minutes and sitting at the counter. When we asked her if we could order we were told that our waters was on the phone with... Small and cramped with dirty tables. We were seated next to the door, which was always opening and closing. The coffee was cold and the food took forever. The food was mediocre at best and the French toast was burned. The staff was friendly, but that's about it. I wouldn't eat here again.

Silly us, we thought we could walk from the Convention Center, put our name in and have a table in 15-20 minutes - no way, Jose! On a Saturday morning around 10AM, we put our name in for a table for 2 - and waited no less than 65 minutes for a table - luckily they have a couple benches... More
