Have been celebrating special days here for forty years. Tried to get reservation for nine in March and could not be accomadated! Hard to believe you can't get a table for nine two months away! Very disappointed ! You lost a family of loyal fans!

I've loved the Prime Rib since my first visit which happened to be the HS Junior Prom! This is the ultimate date/special occasion/celebration restaurant in Baltimore. The quality of the food is only matched by its consistency. Time and time again they get it right. There waitstaff is top notch and none of them are part-timers. Each are seasoned veterans... More

For decades (yes, decades!) The Prime Rib was the best in town. It was the restaurant to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and just about every special event. Used to be that we waited up to an hour or more for a table on a busy Saturday night even with reservations, and the bar was filled with those there to "see... More

This place is simply amazing. Cool ambiance, great service and food. A true special occasion joint. Three of us stopped in on Festivus. Aaron was our server. Part of the PR scene 41 years!! Cocktails and wine outstanding. Appetizers over the top and the stuffed Rockfish is to die for. Oh yeah, the signature dish, Prime Rib, incredible. Noteworthy desserts:... More

This place is an institution in Baltimore, and we went with friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. By far, the place FEELS amazing upon entering - the staff is friendly, professional and with live piano playing on a busy night when a lot of patrons are dressed to dine, well, that's totally cool. The food was good, but not fabulous... More

I have visited several times over the years. Mainly for special occasions. I have always liked this restaurant, even though I think it is overpriced. I would recommend this restaurant if price is no object. The food has always been very good, but I would not say great. The service, however is superb.

Start with the Greenberg Potato Skins with horseradish sauce. Then have a shrimp cocktail served in the old school fashion. The meats are prime cuts. All the steaks are good but the prime rib is the best. Finish with a hot fudge sundae.

I have been to the Prime Rib maybe 5 times over the past 30 years. It is a chic, glitzy, elegant place where you expect the very best and you are willing to pay top dollar for it. We went there for Thanksgiving and it was a very interesting mix of small groups. It was warm and inviting and the... More

I have been going to the Prime Rib for many years and it was always top rated but this time it slipped some. The potato skins and lobster bisque were excellent. The double cut pork chop and the prime rib were good but lacked the past excellence. the pork had little flavor and the prime rib though generous in size... More
