Just wonderful

The service was great and the fish was just superb. I had a sushi appy which was terrific. My wife had a shrimp salad type appetizer which she really liked. I had butterfish which was absolutely the best fish I've ever had. Clearly it gets its name from the fact that it melts like butter in your... read more

The conference I attended had a private dinner here. The service and food were both good. I had the short ribs, which were delicious. Totally recommend even though it's a chain restaurant. Good for eating by yourself or with a group.

We were given another opportunity to return to Roy's and decided to do so to celebrate BF's birthday. This time I settled for a 3 course Korean menu to try something new. The crispy calamari salad was SUPER DELICIOUS, especially if you are into spicy food. The entrée was Braised Beef; although I am familiar with the taste and it... More

This one of the two dozen Roy's restaurants in the US. The restaurants are not as good as the original Roy in Honolulu but offer a very good Pacific Rim food with an upscale setting and service. This has opened about 10 years ago in the urban development by the water called Harbor East. I have been there several times... More

This is my second visit to Roy's - the first being the Honolulu location. This did not disappoint. We were a party of 7, including small children, and everyone loved everything. Our server was attentive and patient, and the food was presented at a nice pace. The chefs at Roy's clearly love seafood and know how to prepare it. We... More

The place was nice, our large group was over whelming for the staff, but they did a good job. Food was good. Place was clean.

can't go wrong with any of the menu or specials. Have been there on 3 special occasions & have always had great meals both in taste & presentations, excellent service, and unhurried pace of courses. They even have pre fixe meals to make choosing less challenging. Truly a special evening for all. suggest using the valet service since parking around... More

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Roy's a year ago and I couldn't wait to go back to experience the wonderful food. Roy's did not disappoint. The food was outstanding, service was thoughtful and attentive without being at our table every second, and most importantly the ambiance was super romantic. We picked a few things off the... More

This restaurant tries hard to be special but I just didn't find it to be so. Conveniently located in the Inner Harbor area it sits amongst several upscale restaurants and hotels. After a day of traveling I was looking forward to a relaxing meal and indeed the interior was inviting and relaxing. But the food was just ok in my... More

Visited in June for a business meeting. Service was very slow and uneven, but food was good. We were only a party of ten with no special orders but made to feel we were inconvenient as best to staff. Strange. Also there were a lot of small gnats and that is always a turn off.
