I last visited with about 10 people from my office. They knew we would be rushed and did as good a job as possible with a busy lunch crowd. But I'll never understand the heaping portions they insist on serving. Almost all of us took home a box of uneatened lunch, and few of us had cheesecake. There's nothing really... More

The Cheesecake factory in Towson has a nice atmosphere. The valet parking can be difficult if a member of your party is handicapped. The food was good but a bit expensive for what they had to offer. The servers were courteous.

Even though i find their menue too cubersome, i like going to this restaurant. We have always had great service, and delicious food. I do think that they can come up with a better design of their menue to make it easier to read through.

The food was on the poor side, especially for the price. The cheesecake was awesome, but make sure you stay away from the food.

I recently ate at the Cheesecake Factory in Annapolis. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Carpaccio. It came out drenched in sauce. My boyfriend already his meal. By the time the waitress came back, asked that the order be replaced. She finally came back and told me that they were sold out of what I wanted. She then sent the manager... More

Great location central to many tourist attractions in the Baltimore inner Harbor. Typicall (good!) Cheesecake Factory food. The cleanliness/atmosphere was lacking slightly compared to other Cheesecake Factories though because the restaurant is partially outdoors with open doors... so its common to see a pigeon walking in eating dropped crumbs.... but that's to be expected in an open door type restaurant.

Went to Cheesecake Factory having gone there a few times in the past. Arrived at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night (they close at 10 on Sunday). Was told it would be ten minutes to be seated, and it was more like two minutes. Seated almost immediately on a surprisingly busy Sunday night. Unfortunately, we were seated along the side... More

Finding ourselves in Baltimore for a day during the 200th Star Spangled Celebration of our National Anthem, we opted for this restaurant knowing that in the past the food was good. Our wait was long (probably due to crowds), but when finally seated we were offered a booth inside against the wall that separates the dining room from the areas... More

We decided to stop here for my birthday sonce we were already in the Inner Harbor. Hostess told us 30 minutes which ended up being an hour. Server was not overly friendly and when my husband told her it was my birthday her response was "sure". It was kind of irritating that they sang happy birthday to two other people... More
