Always super!

Have dined at Cheesecake Factory in the Inner Harbor many times. Always delicious entrees and cheesecake to go. Restaurant is always busy due to the location, but it's worth the wait for food. Be sure to dine outside if weather permits - great view of the harbor!

Waited about 11 of the 15 minutes promised so good start. Stopped in because it was National Cheesecake Month and half price slices of cheesecake was advertised. Family was only going to get cheesecake but menu had really good options available for lunch and the waitress was VERY good at talking us into getting meals, too. Her service was top-rate... More

This was a family oriented experience and our waiter could not have been better. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very good for a very hot mid-afternoon but the air conditioning was perfect.

Although it is a long wait for a table with a window view, Niema Hatcher and Paul Herbert worked hard to get me a booth that I can take photos of the Inner Harbor. Mark, a manager, stopped by to offer me a table along the water but with a pillar blocking the view but after my long wait....what is... More

Great resteraunt. The wait was a little much, 50 mins, but was to be expected considering the volume of people in the area. Food was absolutely delicious if not a little pricey. And as a cheesecake sceptic, I still recommend trying it. It is well deserving of the hype.

Had never been to The Cheesecake Factory before. My husband and I went for a one night get-a-way and went for dinner. Arrived at 10:00pm and had a 45 minute wait. The wait was well worth it and we went and sat by the water for that 45 min. and had some much needed talk time and selfies. We were... More

Go for the cheesecake. The menu looks great until you realize that most of what they serve is probably something you already make at home. I don't know about you but I want different when I pay to eat out. Unfortunately that leads me to the same dish on the menu...the Black Pepper Shrimp. It is yummy but not every... More

We arrived during a VERY busy Sunday (July 26th) and although we had to wait about 35 minutes (we were a table of five which took a little longer) it was definitely worth the wait. The hostess was very nice and even got us glasses of water while we waited. The food came quickly and it was delicious. We were... More

The food was great and the cheesecake was even better. The service was fantastic and professional. The price was a different thing. It was very very expensive.

After seeing bad reviews we almost didn't go, but it was one of the few places to try to eat on the 4th at the Harbor. We did have to wait, but it was crazy busy there. When we were seated our Waitress Jeanell H was quick to bring us drinks. She was the best waitress we had our whole... More
