We have eaten at this Cheesecake Factory location on a few trips to Baltimore. We love its location at the Inner Harbor, with the patio overlooking the water. However, this was the first time we had brought our kids and we were surprised that they had nothing for them to do such as crayons to color a menu. The food... More

Overall consistent with other Cheesecake Factories in southwest as far as taste and quality. Yet, service was really under par. They were not overly busy but more than 2 and half hours to get in and out.

Had never been to any cheese cake restaurants before but had heard good reviews. Went with my son on a trip to watch the Red Sox play. I ordered a simple turkey club with no cheese and mayo on the side. They couldn't get it right! After the fourth try I said forget it. My son had finished his lunch... More

I had a very average experience here. They need to work on their cleanliness. It seems this is a very busy spot since it's in the middle of the touristy inner harbor. It was a bit dirty and showed wear around the restaurant. The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking. They weren't at capacity, I just... More

The service we received from our waitress Jamie was top notch. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The 9 and 12 year old kids even said how friendly she was. Definitely made the meal enjoyable. We also sat outside which have us a great view. A couple of downsides, it was expensive for 2 adults and 2 kids. We... More

My family was visit The Bahamas and wanted to go to the Cheesecake Factory. We called ahead and the representative said that they do not take reservations. We arrived at around 8:30 pm and they said that we would have a 45 minutes to an hour. 9:30 rolled around and they said an additional 45 minutes. I wanted to see... More

We stopped in here for lunch while visiting the Inner Harbor. We came at a good time and was in luck to get two seats at the postage stamp (very small) bar. The drinks and food were like many other places - nothing extraordinary, not bad either. Bottom line – This place is nothing to complain about and nothing to... More

The good: Excellent view of Inner Harbor and very good food. The Bad: Very poor service. We dined at 8:45 PM on a Sunday night. Restaurant wasn't very busy so no excuse for our poor experience. Had to ask 3 times for utensils. Both my first and second bottles of beer were barely cold. Took way too long to return... More

This restaurant is one of my all time favorites. Great food and ambience overlooking the port. Service is very good.
