There is no such thing as good Mexican food in this area and this place is about as good as anything that I have had since being here. Short version is chips, salsa. tacos, burritos, margaritas. Upscale version of Taco Bell. Good place to drink. Done

The Don Pablo's that were close to my home have been closed for quite a while now; my husband and I miss the food. The only two left in Maryland are at least an hour from my home so the decision to drive is not undertaken lightly. We started with the jalapeno stuffed bacon wrapped appetizers; they were "eh". The... More

Our server left us very disappointed. She was more interested in talking to her guests than serving them. We had to wait 10 minutes before her personal conversation w/the party at the table behind us was over. Never informed us of the "AUCE tacos" special, which is what we would have ordered. Instead, we ordered the fajitas for 2 which... More

The Don Pablo's in Laurel, MD and Columbia, MD closed months ago. I drove almost 50 miles to visit my favorite Tex-Mex chain. The portions were generous. The chips were warm and fresh. I will have to return to try out the dessert menu. I was too full after eating an appetizer and entree. My girlfriend is vegetarian. They had... More

We first ate "Mexican" food in Austin TX in the 1960s and this was pretty representative of that. Big, warehouse-like space with ceiling piping and vents to create an inexpensive atmosphere. We were there the night the US soccer team beat someone else and the bar was packed. Lots of college-age patrons and families with kids. Pleasant, neighborhood vibe.

Not my favorite place for Mexican food, but okay. Fun atmosphere for groups who aren't too picky about their meals once they order their drinks.

The server did not write down our order. Never put in the appetizer. I was with 3 kids alone and waited 30 minutes for the appetizer and when I asked where it was our actual food was about to come out. The manager comped the appetizer. When we finally asked for our food they brought what they held under the... More

After waiting 1 1/2 hours for a table we were seated only to wait another 15 minutes. Once we ordered, the drinks came! That's when the fun began. Let's just say there's nothing like watching a Roach do the backstroke in your drink!!! The food was cold and had no taste at all! Very small portions!!!

I have been coming here off and on for years. Usually pretty good. The last time was quite a while ago because a roach crawled next to my food on the bar. Needless to say I stopped and left, thankfully it was right after it arrived. Well, the exact same thing happened again! A roach crawling along the bar. The... More

Hubby and I stopped here to eat before heading to the movies nearby. I had never been to this restaurant before. It was about 5p on Sat, not crowded and was seated right away. The server was nice; stayed around but was not annoying. She had a coupon that she applied to our check, so that was really kind. I... More
