Fantastic service. The grilled ceasar salad had just the right taste. I had the veal, colossal shrimp and crab dish with old bay cream sauce. There was more than enough for my portion and it was perfect. The Old Bay was not overwhelming but just right. Bocci ball indoors downstairs.

Somebody please tell me why this place is ranked so highly. It seemed like a tourist trap. We went to 6 places in Baltimore and this was the worst one. First let me whine about the wine list. Overpriced & expensive. The appetizers. There were four of us. We decided to open by sharing the bruschetta and calamari. The bruschetta... More

This is a very up-scale restaurant in the heart of Baltimore's old time "Little italy" neighborhood downtown. The retaurant has two floors. On part of the first floor is a small "bocce court" for kids and adults. The second floor dining room is large but spaced well so one is not on top of the other. Best, there is a balcony... More

Thanks to all the staff at La Scalas for making our Anniversary dinner so special. Our waiter Bulat was awesome. Antipasto and entrees perfect! Always have enjoyed La Scallas and look forward to returning again soon.

We had dinner here. I had chicken Marsala and my husband had a seafood dish. We ordered olives and garlic bread and both were excellent. Our waiter was awesome! He was very attentive and took very good care of us. We had tiramisu for dessert to top off a very delicious meal.

Went to LaScala with my family while visiting Baltimore. It has great reviews and it did not disappoint. We all tried a few different appetizers and entrees and it was all very good. Would absolutely go back. Plus the indoor bocce ball court makes you want to stick around after dinner for a game and a few drinks.

Knew we were eating in Little Italy, just didn't know where. Manager at Heavy Seas recommend this place and the deal was sealed. The four of us ate on second floor; very cozy and romantic. Food was off the charts! My filet mignon with cracked pepper and brown sauce was fabulous and my husband's fettuccine bolognese was delicious. Our friend... More

My wife and I went to LaScala on the advice from our concierge. Overall , we were disappointed with the service and quality of food. We had the grilled Caesar salad , veal Parm bad seafood penne. Nothing special at all with the food. Our server was bland as well. We wouldn't go back or recommend.

I recently dined at this restaraunt based off of trip advisor reviews while in Baltimore. The restaraunt is fairly larger and the upstairs dining area is a very intamate, soft setting for a romantic date night. Our server was very attentive and professional, he kept our wine glasses and water glasses full throught the meal. The wine list is extensive... More
