As good as the North End of Boston. And that is saying quite a lot. Because they are actually that good.

This is a must for dessert if you've had dinner in Little Italy. You won't find Napoleons this good for under $5 anywhere else. Everything I've tried has been fantastic.

Having once lived in NJ and now in the south I miss the Italian pastries that I grew up with. When in Baltimore....Vaccaro's is a must! AWESOME Napoleans and Cheesecake. Would have loved some Italian cookies but I guess that is a reason to return. Highly Reccomend. Enjoy!

I was raised in an Italian neighborhood in upstate NY, and Baltimore's Little Italy is the only place I've been outside of New York and New Jersey that knows how to do really good American-Italian food. Vaccaro's was one of my favorites, and I always try to stop there when I visit Baltimore. The cannoli is great; they store the... More

Great Food, but hate going to the harbor. I think they have a location in Little Italy, haven't been there in a while, if they still do, go there

The canolis are to die for and they whip up a mean capuccino. The sundaes are good as well. Just remember to expect you will pay for good italian desserts so it isn't cheap.

We come to Vaccaro's a lot but now is the first time i get to review it. Vaccaros is a great place to go after you had dinner in Little Italy it has all kinds of pasteries and baked goods. The best thing I had is the cannoli you can get a whole one or you can get this thing... More

I thought that the cannoli's here were very good, the problem is I bought 6 and got charged for 12. Our order was to go and I didn't notice until we were back at hotel. We were too far away to go back to have it resolved. So I guess they made out with and extra $15 of my money.

Great place to indulge in Italian traditional deserts. The owner even give veterans a welcome cannoli and coffee on the house. Crowded but a good quick hang out if you want a Sunday delight with Italian sweets. If in little Italy just look for the lines and check your patiences.

Fabulous desserts! Dining area is small! Giant portions! Hundreds of homemade Italian cookies and wide variety of desserts! Yum!
