Quiet lunch

We stopped by for lunch and found ourselves to be one of two couples inside. The place is very nice. We were seated and served promptly. We each had a cocktail and were served hot bread right out of the oven with a nice dipping oil. My daughter had Sangria with a spinach and penne dish. It was... read more

Visited early on a weekday evening before an event. Service was excellent and recommendations were good. Tried a new appetizer, shrimp with a garlic oregano base and toast points - excellent. My wife had Penne Bolognese which was hearty and tasty. I had Chicken Caciatore over capellini which contained the usual plus carrots and baby spinach. I was pleasantly surprised... More

We've been to Ciao Bella probably a dozen times in the last 3 years or so and it's our favorite Italian restaurant in Baltimore. The food is always good and the service is equally good. We like this place because most of the other places there focus on seafood, which we don't eat. Ciao Bella has a great variety of... More

When I heard that there was a Little Italy in Baltimore, I was hoping to have some Italian food. At least something resembling what I grew up on in NY. Now living in NC for the past 10 years, I thought my only hope was to go back to NY for a food road trip. It just so happened that... More

What a great place for dinner in Little Italy Baltimore. This restaurant was a surprise on our trip as we followed the recommendation of someone at our hotel. It was great - huge portions, great taste, and attentive service. We were a big group and the place was busy, but it felt like we were the focus. I had lasagna... More

we bought a restaurant.com coupon for this place, we informed the waiter before placing our order that we had the coupon, after that he barely acknowledged us after saying we had the coupon as if he was mad about it. we were there about 10-15 mins before another family they were waited on first order submitted drinks and all. we... Last evening we visited this restaurant in Little Italy. I had seen some of the mixed previous reviews but my friend wanted to try it out. We arrived and were greeted by the non complimentary valet parking . For those of you who aren’t familiar with Little Italy parking is at a premium in the area. After entering we were... More

This was our first venture to Little Italy and we found a great spot to eat. Food was very good. Great service. Would definitely return to try something else.

Our first visit..The calamari was outstanding with only a light breading with and amazing red sauce. Love the egg plant, it too only had a light breading-very good. My friend had the special of muscles, shrimp, clams in a spicy clam sauce.....it was amazing--- we absolutely love it! Extremely personable service as well.

Let me start by saying that I never write restaurant reviews. I feel as though I owe it to the rest of Baltimore, however, to tell them this is the worst restaurant food I have ever had. The entire meal tasted as though it had been made in a microwave. The place was dripping with omens of a forthcoming terrible... More
