Sunday Brunch. Good choice.

My friend I enjoyed a delightful brunch here. Love the clean lines and many little nooks for seating. Smartly we arrived at 10:30. It became crowded by 11:15. The server was polite, attentive without driving us crazy and the coffee good and plentiful. Never rushed, I knew it was going to be... read more

We had not been at the Café prior to this visit, but after this first visit it was obvious we will have to return. Both my wife and I had a hamburger which ranked as one of the best I have tasted. She agreed. The menu was extensive with one item looking as appealing as the next including the breakfast... More

This iteration of City Café has one of the best Veggieburgers sampled on both the West Coast and east Coast of the USA. Great wine selection and other food on the menu is very good, too but primarily Kudos for building a great vegieburger.

3 pleasant, lively bar and seating areas were open to choose from, each having many groups of mainly young professionals. Good drink prices kept the clientele happy. Wine choices were limited, but mostly well selected and varied. Appetizers were uninspired, but well portioned. The list of appetizers did not change over a 3 week period of review. Service in the... My wife and I had an early dinner prior to attending a BSO concert at the Meyerhof. We were looking for light fare, so we shared an order of a half-dozen fried oysters with blue cheese sauce. These were among the best we have ever had - a crispy outside and a tasty moist inside, and the dressing was a... More

My wife and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and the friendly staff. We went 2 times in 3 days for dinner (we were staying nearby). At the first meal, my wife said the pork shoulder stroganoff she had was likely the best dish she has ever had in a restaurant. I had the steak frites, and it... More

I have passed by here many times but finally decided to stop in, went here on Tuesday during lunch. The service was great and the atmosphere is really nice though it was a bit warm with the sun shining in the huge windows. Boyfriend had a really good chicken sandwich and I has the flank steak salad. it was all... More

The atmosphere is urban casual, hipster, chic. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding! We had an open-faced scrapple sandwich with Apple slaw and an apple vinaigrette dressing, poached eggs and a veggie omelette with mixed fruit side. Delicious!!!

Alright, this place had hipster written over it and I was prepared to hate it. But it was fantastic. I have been there about three times now, the last time for a New Year's Day Brunch, and each time is better than the last. Their drinks are always on point, and you get the bang for your buck, and the... More

The location was good. The food was very good and the servers are great. Depending on the time you go it can become crowded but the wait is fun because you see all types of people and the conversations are great. Great place to eat and visit.
