Decided to dine here before a comedy show I was in town for, I placed a reservation via Open Table, an requested to have a upstairs table, however that request was NOT fulfilled even though there was indeed available seating up top....moving on! The Valet parking was free and swift, no complaints there. The restaurant is fairly edgy and sleek... More

Good location, good atmosphere, clean restaurant. Over priced, all of our dishes(3 main course) were or blend, or the dressing in the salad was overpowering. It gave the impression that the chef didn't check what was coming out of the kitchen

This is a very trendy and modern location. I enjoyed brunch with with 4 of my friends. The mimosas were delicious and the brunch menu was wide with French toast to a burrito and a hamburger. I can't wait to be in the baltimore area again so I can visit city cafe

Dinner for 4 at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Food and service were excellent. Oysters were especially good, but all the small plates we ordered were tasty. Very disappointed that the City Cafe does not permit BYOB wine, especially since the wine list is pedestrian at best. If City Cafe does not want to provide a decent wine selection, they should... My husband and I ate at the City Cafe for dinner, before going to the Lyric. I think calling it a Cafe is a bit of a misnomer as that denotes small, intimate, limited menu. In fact, for a neighborhood restaurant, it's a nice size restaurant with multiple areas to make it feel cozy- a mix of tables, lounging chairs-... More

We were a party of nine for a 21st birthday celebration and had reservations at 1 PM. Our table was not ready until 25 minutes after our reservation, ok as a few of the party were late but not that late. Service was a mixed bag and it was strange the birthday girl (who they knew was the birthday girl)... More

The atmosphere is fasted paced.,great for a visit before Center Stage (down the street). The seafood club is always good, with a crab cake, shrimp, bacon and other goodies between toasted bread. The burgers are good as is the Steak Frite.

The restaurant wasn't too loud, even for the bar area. The menu was inventive and the food and service were quite good.

Nice HH spot for a pleasant Friday early evening. This was my first time here. I only saw the inside of the restaurant when I went in to use the facilities. Nice! Very smooth and cosmopolitan feeling to the main dining and bar areas. Our server, Jonathan, was the BEST!! . He was professional, friendly and exceptionally accommodating to us... More
