All-around excellence

In terms of service, atmosphere and meal quality we enjoyed an outstanding experience at the Brewer's Art. Their rosemary-garlic fries were excellent.

My husband and I ate in the bar area on Sunday afternoon. We started with the Charm City mead and the Millstone Cider. Both were the larger sizes, i.e. bottles, and lovely Maryland additions to the beer menu. We decided just to have a few starters, and ordered the Duck Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus. While delicious, it was a little lean... More

Went for a family graduation celebration. Beer choices were interesting. Meats were superb, however, restaurant unwilling to provide substitutions or any choices for the dishes to go with the cuts. Every speck of the entrees were delightful! Luckily, my wife loved the side dishes, so she ate mine -- first time this has happened in a "fine dining" establishment for... More

Set in the heart of Mt. Vernon's picturesque brownstones, this former mansion now houses a fine dining experience! We parked at Center Stage Theater and enjoyed the walk each way. With two lovely dining rooms and a rocking bar, the atmosphere as well as the service were upbeat. Dinner selections were limited but tantalizingly described. (There's a separate menu for... More

We ate here at the recommendation of a bartender at the Hard Rock in the Inner Harbor. NEVER in Baltimore have we had a tastier meal.We had bar food.. a burger and a Buffalo Pork sandwich. Both were fabulous, the fries hot and tasty. This is a great place and if we were locals we would dine here frequently

Burger was good. $12 might be a little expensive. They have a large assortment of beers they make and the waiters can suggest your favorites based on your personal preferences.

Rachel was awesome! She made our dinner fun. From a shared appie to two shared desserts, we had a blast. Lamb osso bucco, duck ham and grilled tuna were great. Portions are nice sized and service is quick. We will be back!

Visited once for dinner. We turned up in a grow of 12 and they managed to find us room. Food and ambience is good as id the service. My only grudge was that the bar food was only available in the bar area and not the restaurant. I guess thats why they call it bar food. Would visit again.

I'm a regular at the Brewer's Art and occasionally have the bar food - my favorite is the Austrian Cheese Spread, actually Liptauer cheese, which my mother used to make. BA serves it with very good bread so it makes quite a nice meal. I also mostly enjoy the garlic fries, particularly when they're crisp on the outside, which they... More

Brewer's Art's downstairs bar is an amazing place to hang out. There are comfy little nooks and the place is very dimly lit. There are lots of opportunities to find a private place to canoodle or sofas to sit on with groups of friends. The bar never disappoints with it's incredibly huge and diverse selection of international brews and a... More
