Chicken Dolores = happiness

This came highly recommended. We thought it was fine dining but it is very casual. We started with calamari and it was very good. I had the chicken Dolores, I'd have eaten two if they let me, it was that good. The pasta was average, the sauce was excellent. Desert was cannoli's mmmm. Our server was... read more

This is a fun, homey restaurant. The atmosphere is more casual than most Little Italy restaurants, but the food is wonderful. This is a great place to come with the kids or in your jeans. The Penne Amicci is very tasty but they have a mix and match pasta and sauce menu which is fun for the whole family. The... More

Good Italian food. Portions very large. Had lasagna. Meat in it was too finely ground. Sauced was very good. Wife had chicken parmigiana which she said was some best ever. Bread and salad was excellent. Service very good.

FANTASTIC "home cooked" Italian food. Not fancy, but such wonderful flavors! I grew up with home-cooked Italian meals, and I make a pretty good red sauce and fresh pasta myself, so I have a decent understanding of Italian flavors. I was wandering in Little Italy, and saw an elderly ItAm couple sitting on a bench with a cop. I stopped,... More

I came here for great Italian food and got it. I had never heard of orecchiette before, so I ordered a casserole of orecchiette, sliced sausage, marinara sauce and cheese. It was AWESOME! Top it off with an out-of-this-world cannoli for dessert, and I will be returning here!!!!

I live in Lancaster, 2 1/2 hours away. And this is my favorite restaurant anywhere. The food and service here deserve to be higher on the list than it is. Been coming here for at least 20 years and the food is amazing. Trying the appetizer, Pane Rotundo, is a must. The bread, sauce and shrimp are delicious together. My... More

I'm from Baltimore originally and go to this restaurant when I come back to the city for a visit. Like most places in Little Italy, the entrance can be easy to miss. The place is best (and even self-advertises) as a casual Italian restaurant. Great food without being stuffy; you can walk-in off the street without feeling underdressed, etc. Never... More

Every time we visit Baltimore we try to dine at Amicci's. Again, it did not disappoint. The antipasto was exactly what we wanted, and the creamy marinara sauce was perfect! We will be back!

Self described "hole in the wall " has some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Great service. Moderately priced. Well worth a stop for lunch or dinner.

Amicci's is a nice casual spot in Little Italy. If formal dining isn't your thing, or if your just looking for a quick spot to pop in for some classic Italian dishes, this is your spot. The Pane' Rotundo appetizer is killer. You'll leave the place 5 pounds heavier after ordering it, so bring a friend. FYI, the Vodka sauce... More
