First, went with a business party of 12 and had a very enjoyable meal. Sat in the backroom and had it all to ourselves. The waitress was very attentive and very helpful with recommendations. I had the Penne Amicci which was very good. Others had various other items that they enjoyed. The portions are huge and many took home half... More

Hotel recommended this restaurant in Little Italy. Easy walk off of E Pratt. Service friendly and super fast, restaurant was busy and it was a Sunday so much faster than expected. Italian home cooking at it's finest. Portion sizes are huge so bring your appetite. We had spaghetti and meatballs and Eggplant Parmigana. Both were excellent choices. Noticed they also... More

My family and I went to Amicci's for a Sunday dinner. The atmosphere is ok, nothing to brag about it. They claim to have authentic italian food...it couldn't be any further from the truth. Everything has some sort of cream to it. I ordered the Pesto Verde and it came with a green watery looking sauce. It was more like... More

My wife and I ate lunch here on Saturday October 11 while we were visiting the area for the weekend. I had eaten in Little Italy before but not at this restaurant. It ws recommended to us both by friends and the hotel so we figured it would be good. We have been to Italy six times and have also... More

My friends and I were in Baltimore for the Yankee game and the Inner Harbor was packed with visitors for the 200 Year Celebration of the Star Spangled Banner. Every restaurant at the Harbor was an hour+ wait. So we walked down to Little Italy and found Amicci's. Cute little place, with the feeling of home. OMG.. I ordered the... More

Some friends and I wanted to find a place to watch the O's and have a substantial dinner, not just bar food. We chose Amicci's for its casual atmosphere and hearty portions. We shared the shrimp rotundo. It's kind of like an Italian breadbowl filled with a garlic, scampi sauce and large shrimp. I then had the sausage and penne.... More

Pleasant 10 minute walk to Little Italy from Inner harbor area. Nice relaxed setting - a bit loud - but thats the norm for Italian lol. Had a house salad which had a great house dressing . Followed up with the veal Lorenzo which had an excellent marsala tomato sauce . The regular sauce on the side of pasta was... More

We were having dinner with a friend after the ball game and chose this because it was a casual restaurant that we could walk to from the ballpark. We were seated quickly and our meal arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

The title says it all. This restaurant is in Little Italy but don't let that fool you into thinking it is authentic Italian. For over the prices they charge, I would expect better quality. If we were not starving by the time we sat down, we would have gone someplace else.

I am completely confused by the 5 and 4 star reviews. Neither the food nor the service is worth it. My family made 3:00 pm reservations for my sister's birthday. When I arrived, my sister and her family were delayed approximately 20 minutes. The waitress asked for my parents' and my drink order. I requested water at first and then... More
