Almost 5 circles - food deserved highest rating

This is a bit of a landmark in Baltimore's Little Italy. We were shown to a back room that was so dark and smelly that I almost asked to be moved - I should have. The food, however, completely won me over! My salad with fried calamari is among the top two salads of my life - delicious. My... read more

We loved our meal. The appetizers were great. The house salad was uniquely spicy and delicious. The marina on the entrees was memorable. We look forward to returning. The tomatoes and mozzarella were great. Yum!

Every time we visit Little Italy, we make it a point to eat dinner at Amicci's with our friends. Always great tasting food, extremely friendly and professional staff. Always trying a different plate and never disappointed. Casual and comfortable. One of our favorites here. Prices are moderate. Full bar so don't miss the Sangria!!!!

The food was good but over-priced considering it isn't authentic Italian food. The atmosphere and ombiance in no way resembles anything Italian. Servers were not attentive, and no dessert was even offered. Not the authentic Italian food and experience we were looking for.

My boyfriend had read some good reviews so he chose to eat here for his bday dinner last weekend. I figured you couldn't really go wrong anywhere in Little Italy, so we went. Service was friendly and prompt. For an appetizer we ordered the shrimp scampi because it was a recommended item. IT WAS TO DIE FOR!!! The shrimp were... More

4 of us went on Friday night. We called at 6:30 and they got us in at 7:45 which was fine. We chose this place based on customer reviews. Restaurant is small...Tables in the bar and small back room are high tops. Very tight quarters. Seemed to be a lot of regulars. Service was very good. The menu was basic,... More

Four of us stopped in Amicci's today, June16th, for lunch. All of us were totally satisfied with our meals, the service, and the price. My wife stuck with the basics having Spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs looked like a meal in itself. Truly an outstanding experience.

We ate dinner here last night, and whilst the food was what i call OK Italian, not outstanding by any means, the service was amateur. Maybe our server was new, I don't know. The portions are HUGE, and we ended up taking half home and sharing a dessert. I am amazed how much food is served, and how much gets... More
