Great Diner Food

I thought man this place is in the middle of B-more so I know I'm going to hate it...being a D.C. native and all. Once I got there I said this looks interesting, b/c it sits on the corner and looks like an old subway car. Once I was seated the waitress was super nice...I knew what I wanted right... read more

sip and bite with an average visit for me and my wife. While the Greek salads are good we were disappointed with the corn pudding which was made with ingredients totally unknown to me. we like to traditional southern style corn pudding. My crab cake was tasty but not as good as those we enjoy at Papas when in Baltimore.... More

Every bite worthy of commendation. Crab omelet, Greek salad, Mousaka, Spanakopita bites, and the Parthenon were the menu selections for my wife, my daughter and myself. Sip & Bite is a classic Baltimore inner city diner in the Greek Town section of Fell's Point, with Greek and American selections. While seating can be tight, since it's a narrow inner city... More

Worth every minute of the wait, if there is one. But, we were lucky enough that two couples stepped out of line, and our wait was only a measly 8 minutes. You can wait longer than that in a fast-food drive-through. I was in Baltimore on business, but my Husband was traveling with me for his Birthday weekend. So, we... More

We had excellent service, an excellent view, and an excellent breakfast! There really isn't much more to say. Our eggs benedict was one of the best we've ever had and our daughter went nuts over her pancake. I even tried scrapple for the first time and loved that! Definitely stop here!

Have been eating here for over 30 years and a visit is mandatory for me whenever I am in the Baltimore/DC area. The crab cakes are the best I've ever eaten and I always order a crab cake sub to go so I can experience again when I get home to CT. Portions are large at this classic American diner.

I honestly thought this place would be better since it was on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. I am not impressed. I have been here at least ten times in the last six months and each time is worst than the last. Late night service is terrible to non existent. Don't go on a Monday or Tuesday because they are out... More

Got the Mediterranean meal. It was heavy but good. Great value for price. I had a tough time finishing it. Decor is like an old diner. Co-worker heard about it on DDD and they had jumped all over the publicity and actually names some of the food items as DDD specials. Staff was friendly but it did take a while... More

With 24 hours in Balt More (spelled like the locals say it)...I always look for a DDD location for dinner. The Big GUY did not disappoint. Family of 4 had some down home chocalate chip pancake, gyro, Chicken/Shrimp Cheeesteak, and a classic grilled chicken greek platter. Very Good and Highly Reccomended. Can't beat the prices for the quality. This is... More

My daughter moved to Baltimore so my wife looked in her DDD book to see where Guy went in this town. We found this little Greek Diner. The food was excellent from the DDD special, crabcakes and spandicopita (Greek spinach pie), to the calamari, and gyros. The cooks pump out the food really fast, so if you're hungry you won't...
