Small bites, but pricey

I love the food. Maybe it's my big appetite, but the portions seem small. Had low country food with duck breast. The duck breast was the size of my thumb

Just an absolutely perfect meal for a birthday dinner. Choices from the tasting menu were delightful, service was impeccable without being overbearing. Great atmosphere as we could see Chef Wolf expediting from the kitchen. Expensive, but completely worth it for any foodie.

Everything was perfect from the start. the wines were all great; the courses were spread out with time to enjoy every bite and every flavor. The service was impeccable and I hope to go again sometime. Oh and 3 courses are plenty.

My darling boyfriend took us here a couple months ago. He happened to mention it was birthday in the reservation, and I was greeted with a "Happy Birthday!" by the hostess and waiter. The atmosphere is lavish. The service is impeccable. The wine list is to die for. Each bite was perfect. One of my favorite meals ever.

It's pretty well accepted that Charleston is Baltimore's best restaurant albeit pricey. From my username you'll guess that I'm a wine guy (bore), so while our dinner was excellent here are a few thoughts on their wines, etc. Tony Foreman's restaurants each have a super extensive collection of wine. While the lower end wines are relatively expensive (not as much... More

Hands down, the best dining experience I've had in a very long time. Great wine selection - we went with the Honing cab and after dinner port, impeccable service, and each course was just fantastic! We were the last ones in the entire restaurant on a Saturday evening and never once felt rushed.we definitely will be returning on our next... More

Many consider this the best restaurant in Baltimore. I think it is one of the best Restaurants south of New York City and it competes well with many in that august City. The decor is modern. It is a large space broken up into a number of intimate rooms. My wife and I were in a back room that contained... More

We have been for dinner before and we are always treated so well and the food is over the top. The food is not traditional Baltimore fare but the southern touch is amazing

Everything was excellent. Very classy. Do feel overpriced and one does not get their full bang for the buck. There are also other restaurants that I'd go to before this for ambiance

This is reviewed as the best restaurant in Baltimore and is built upon the concept of small plates for each course. It is also expensive, but that is to be expected. You can see what food items they are offering by reviewing their website, which is what I would highly recommend that you do before your first visit. This is... More
