My son and daughter in law took me here for dinner when I visited them in the Baltimore area. We had 6PM reservations on a Friday night. The bar was busy but the restaurant was only about half full. I loved the beautiful bar and the lovely, white brick back wall. The open kitchen was also very appealing. The modern-industrial... More

New American menu with a home style twist. Don't let the unique menu items throw you. The chef knows how to mix flavors and foods to delight your palate. Brussel sprouts have never tasted so good! Save room for dessert - the Grandma Steve's Blondie is to die for!! Possibly the best dessert on the planet. The cocktails are also... More

We made a reservation and so glad we did as it was quite busy! We were promptly seated by a friendly hostess. Our server, Katie, was the BEST. She was very cordial, always smiling, and gave us great suggestions of the most popular dishes as it was our first visit. We will definitely return, SOON! Thank you! Sparky

My family ate at this restaurant in late August. The food was terrific. There are so many interesting choices. It has a very trendy but casual feel to it. The next time I visit my daughter, this restaurant is a definite to eat at again!

So there are a few food I crave, most seem to be at Food Market. TIP: Friday "brunch" allows you to go for a weekday LUNCH, which isn't offered M-Th. Typical twists, such as brussel sprout caesar and the newest craving, a vegetarian pastrami sandwich with beets and cabbage replacing corned beef and sauerkraut. I have had it two weeks... More

Love this place! Casual, yet modern atmosphere...very trendy. The servers wore jeans and it was a casual place, but it had a trendy/classy feel to it as well. So it was great for both a casual evening or for a nice night out. Also had a bar which was very popular. The food was amazing...between two of us we had... More

This is a very hip place. Lots of energy and a very attentive wait staff. The menu constantly changes. The Steak Frite is a winner and uniquely presented. The Chicken covered in smoked Guda was fabulous, served with potato hash. They have valet parking in this hard to find a place to park section of Baltimore. Make your reservations in... More

Brunch is easily my favorite meal, Chef's and restauranteurs come up with creative menu options to satisfy your breakfast and lunch cravings. In Hampden, one of my favorite restaurants for an upscale meal is The Food Market, I've been there numerous times for dinner but never for brunch. That all changed last week when me and a few friends headed... More
