Located a taxi ride from downtown on a street full of pedestrians and other stores and restaurants, the Food Market is a vibrant, contemporary restaurant with delicious food and very friendly, helpful service.

Went in to the food market for their Black Friday brunch buffet and didn't want to leave. Absolutely everything my group had was so tasty we must of gone back to the buffet 3 times each. Server was very attentive and made sure we got fresh mimosas whenever we needed. And the mimosas were the best, can't resist one in... More

My wife and I visited the market last night after the game. We had the nuts, pretzels, tacos for starters. All were good. The avocado whip on the tacos very good as was the cheese for the pretzels. I think the nuts are intended to go with their many beers. My wife gad wine and I have a non alcohol drink,... More

I thoroughly enjoyed Sunday brunch with the family. I started with an outstanding jalapeño infused Bloody Mary (glass rimmed with Old Bay, of course.) The crab Benedict was perfection, and generous. Shifted to a unique bacon-thyme Bloody Mary, which I found to be even better than the jalapeño. Dessert was a really really good bread pudding. Cool old urban feel.... More

My son and daughter in law took me here for dinner when I visited them in the Baltimore area. We had 6PM reservations on a Friday night. The bar was busy but the restaurant was only about half full. I loved the beautiful bar and the lovely, white brick back wall. The open kitchen was also very appealing. The modern-industrial... More

New American menu with a home style twist. Don't let the unique menu items throw you. The chef knows how to mix flavors and foods to delight your palate. Brussel sprouts have never tasted so good! Save room for dessert - the Grandma Steve's Blondie is to die for!! Possibly the best dessert on the planet. The cocktails are also... More

We made a reservation and so glad we did as it was quite busy! We were promptly seated by a friendly hostess. Our server, Katie, was the BEST. She was very cordial, always smiling, and gave us great suggestions of the most popular dishes as it was our first visit. We will definitely return, SOON! Thank you! Sparky

My family ate at this restaurant in late August. The food was terrific. There are so many interesting choices. It has a very trendy but casual feel to it. The next time I visit my daughter, this restaurant is a definite to eat at again!
