Dined as a party of 3 on a Saturday night. I've lived in Baltimore for about 9 months and had this on my "to do" list, but had yet to visit because it is so hard to get a reservation (I'd recommend 3 weeks in advance for a decent weekend time). Short take--this was definitely worth the wait! Wonderful oysters,... More

There are lots of places to eat in Fell's Point, but a local directed us to Thames Street and we were very happy she did! It looks like any one of the dozens of eateries that abound, but the food and ambiance separate Thames Street Oyster House from the crowd. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and our party of... This is a great little restaurant. First some words of caution. Get a reservation. Because it's small it fills up fast. And it's popular. And allow lots of time to find parking. Fells Point can be a tough place to score a spot. I like sitting upstairs at Thames. It's a bit quieter and more relaxed than downstairs. Service is... More

Have been traveling to Baltimore for the past 6 months and ALWAYS stop at TSOH. I always sit at the bar and travel by myself--I did have to wait 10 minutes or so for a seat. Menu changes frequently and I've sampled most of it. Lobster roll is best in the USA minus a few places in Maine. Fish/Chips is... More

We walked to the back patio and there were three four-top tables but snippy hostess said they could not seat us. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to a lobster roll. I may not ever go there again. Ratings were 1 because we did not eat there and we had a very disappointing experience.

I am so sorry we couldn't accommodate you for dinner on our patio Saturday night. As I explained, we had already stopped seating the patio for the evening because a storm was heading our way, and it had already drizzled a bit which made us very nervous! We do monitor the weather closely because we unfortunately don't have extra seating... More

We walked in about 10:10 on a Friday night. The very snippy hostess informed us that the kitchen closes at 10:30 pm, and they would not be able to serve us. She told us no one would be getting up from their seats, and there was no point in us staying. Not apologetic, not really caring, just wanted us to... More

Wife and I attending dinner here in fells point after ballgame at camden yards. Were seated immediately and sat at a lovely private table at the window overlooking the water. Our server Theresa immediately came over to our table and explained the menu, including the raw bar and the specials. She made great recommendations and was always attentive but never... More

What a fun place! Casual atmosphere in Fell's Point area with terrific seafood. Enjoyed the best lobster roll that we have ever had, delicious lobster Mac & Cheese and fresh crab legs and lobster tails. Everything was fresh and tasty and the server was great as we are from Texas and she taught us how to crack open the crab... More
