My husband and I were in Baltimore on business and we ate at Thames Street with friends. It is fantastic! I had the lobster roll and it is amazing! The others had fish and they really liked it too. My husband says their raw oysters are some of the best he's had. The chocolate pecan pie is great also. We've... More

Having read this is the number three place to eat in Baltimore, we booked a table; while visiting Fell's Point, a local recommended the lobster roll saying it won The Lobster Rumble. So off we go: standing at the bar having a drink, the couple in front of us said they were leaving and did we want their seats. I... More

Terrific! This is a quaint restaurant with excellent service and even better food. We started with "Perfect Manhattans." My husband enjoyed the extensive list of oyster raw bar options and the Lobster Roll. I had one of the specials and it was one of the best fish dishes I have ever eaten. It was topped off with the Mexican Doughnuts... More

Since we live in the neighborhood, The Oyster House is an occasional go-to. We always enjoy the food and the service has never been bad. The problem is that it is very crowded and its almost impossible to go without reservations days or weeks in advance. This popularity is obviously based on their good food and service! We'll keep going... More

Went to this place as our first stop in Baltimore in our quest to find the perfect crab cake. While we did not find that here, we had a very enjoyable meal. Began with local craft beer and oysters which were some of the freshest we have ever had and they have a nice variety as well. Followed this with... More

My daughter took me there for a birthday gift. If you love the bivalve you will not be disappointed. Excellent FRESH oysters, with a side of gourmet food. If you don't have a reservation make one and COME Back after a visit to the Cat's Eye or one of Fells point's other establishments. Bring your wallet as it's not cheap... More

Thames Street Oyster House is a tier above your typical Maryland Oyster house as far as food goes. Granted I only had one dish, but if the rest of their food is prepared as well then I have no doubt this is as good as any seafood venue in Baltimore. I was delighted to try the Grilled Rock Octopus appetizer.... More

Excellent food and good service but the prices are a bit high and parking in the area is certainly not easy or cheap. Seafood is the thing to get of course, especially the Lobster Roll, but they do offer more. Try it -- you will like it!
