Walking in and from other reviews I saw that the portions were ginormous. So for my family of four we ordered one of their pepperoni pizzas (for the boys) and for my husband and me, a lasagna and gnocchi soup. Both were served with a really good bread. The lasagna was some of the best I've ever had. We also... More

This place has great cold cuts in a market that is usually dominated by Middle States German fare (Lebanon bologna, Thuringer, braunschweiger, etc.) Friendly staff and quick service. A real neighborhood place that draws from throughout the area. Italian sub could be better (meat cut too thick for a real Italian sub), but di Pasquale's meatballs and parms are really... More

I drove way out of my way into a rough neighborhood for Di Pasquale's Marketplace. I was looking forward to a hero sandwich. As I approached the counter I noticed that none of the employees were wearing gloves nor did I see any wash their hands after touching foreign (contaminated) objects. I observed them touching meats, cheese, bread and vegetables... More

Great food, nice atmosphere in a local Baltimore neighborhood, a little outside of tourist areas without being odiously far. I cannot relate how awesome the food was. You must try it.

Unless you are serious about italian food!!! This place is wonderful. Their rice balls are sublime. I thought my escarole was good - forget about it. The greens were perfect with a mix of leeks and beans that put it over the top. Had the crab cake with an avocado pesto salad. One word - Perfect. Probably the best crab... More

I've been to Baltimore many times over the past 25 years and I've never been to Di Pasquale's. Thanks, Tripadvisor mates, for suggesting this place (#1 rating and well-deserved). I don't have much to add to the wonderful reviews. Maybe just ditto? One suggestion - if you have the meatball sub and you like a lot of sauce, order the... More

Old time ambience in an old time Baltimore neighborhood. Try the meatball sub...a classic, or the variety of cold cuts. Loads of wonderful pasta and other goodies can be purchased at the deli or small gourmet grocery area. A few tables to dine in the back.

You feel like you are a part of the neighborhood when you visit here. There is a little dining area with the tables squeezed together, and you may have to share with strangers. But, that's part of the charm and everyone is here for the same thing....great food! Fresh salads, good soup, delicious sandwiches on crusty bread, pasta dishes, cheeses,... More

Whenever I come to Baltimore, I make the trek to Di Pasquale's! The food is outstanding and the service is excellent! Today I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and a mini cannoli..... delicious!! If you want to eat inside, get there early before the lunch crowd.
