You feel like you are a part of the neighborhood when you visit here. There is a little dining area with the tables squeezed together, and you may have to share with strangers. But, that's part of the charm and everyone is here for the same thing....great food! Fresh salads, good soup, delicious sandwiches on crusty bread, pasta dishes, cheeses,... More

Whenever I come to Baltimore, I make the trek to Di Pasquale's! The food is outstanding and the service is excellent! Today I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and a mini cannoli..... delicious!! If you want to eat inside, get there early before the lunch crowd.

Over the years, when traveling, we come to rely on TripAdvisor (and other online foodie sites - Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, Flavortownusa.com, etc), and, honestly, our opinions don't always coincide with those of this or other sites. This, however, was NOT the case with Di Pasquales. Wow. We've eaten at some of the finest restaurants across the USA...NYC, Denver, San... More

Last time we dined in. This time we shopped in the market and deli and just like last time we were not let down. There is always a long line but that's part of the charm of it.

If you r allergic to alcohol, this bread pudding is drowning in Orange liqueur. I would have asked, but who thinks that it would be in bread pudding??? Not good got sick. but there is no law to protect those that have to watch out for foods with alcohol by having to state alcohol is in food products.

I got the meatball sub. So good! The cheese was my favorite, so tasty. Service was wonderful! Gets busy at lunch, go early to ensure you get a seat!

In a word? Heaven. The food in this off-the-beaten-path neighborhood Italian restaurant (as well as a market & deli) - not located in Little Italy - is magnificent. My favorite is the baked ziti. The sauce is great, the cheese is perfect and the pasta (the best part) is buttery and melt-in-your-mouth fresh. Servings are large and prices are reasonable,... More

We had a large and a small meatball sub, both were huge and superb. The sauce and meatballs had a wonderful flavor. The bread was baked as only an Italian kitchen can do, very crusty on the outside. A visit to the market side is a must. Go by the meat and cheese case and the aroma will drive you... More

Based on this establishment's #1 rating on TripAdvisor, we decided to take the rather lengthy cab ride from our downtown hotel to check it out. Boy, are we glad we did! I decided to try the chicken gnocchi soup to start. It was amazing! If I could buy enough of it to fill a hot tub, I would. Then, I... More
