We dined here for brunch before a Ravens game. Nice choice of breakfast/lunch items, healthy options as well as good Bloody Mary's. We shared space with what had to be a very large party of wedding guests continuing the celebration so it was loud and hard to hear each other. Booths are very comfy. Service was cheerful but overburdened -... More

We had a business dinner at this attractive restaurant near Baltimore's inner harbor. If you plan to talk during dinner, I suggest sitting upstairs and toward the back, as the noise from the very loud bar downstairs would preclude hearing your dinner partners. The service here was very professional and I especially thought they handled the bat (yes there really... More

Thank you for dining with us, I am so glad you enjoyed your dinner. I didn't hear about the bat, thank you for letting me know, I definitely need to find out more about that. I will also speak to the chef regarding the crab cake, we want to make sure that is full of flavor as we want to... More

Breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice, no buffet breakfast though. Likewise for dinner I enjoyed a steak which was really nice and tender.

Not sure where to start. First off, don't bother. There must be many other better eating establishments in Baltimore. There was no logical sense to how seating took place. I stood waiting by the sidelines evaluating how it worked. Finally, another guy came in and just took a seat. So that's what I did only to be told rather rudely... More

swatso, My apologies on the confusion as there are multiple entrances to the restaurant, checking in with the hostess is always the best way to get seated. Our nightly soup for dinner is a corn and crab bisque, I will speak to the chef team regarding the temperature. We use only the finest products from the best purveyors so I... More

Attractive upscale-casual decor, friendly and helpful hostess and waitstaff. Attractively-plated and delicious salads, entrees and cocktails. A nice but comfortable option for dinner.

The service at B & O was excellent! Atmosphere was definitely of an upscale dinner club but also had a laid back vibe. Dress attire went from work casual to Sunday best. Dinner was scrumptious. I ate it all which is not a norm for me! Also Great wine selection. It's midtown in the city so prepare to walk or... More

A better than average hotel restaurant but it should not be on your shortlist of outstanding Baltimore restaurants. The staff was very professional, friendly, efficient and accommodating. The menu lacked creativity and diversity. The food was good but again, slightly above average for a good hotel restaurant. Although the bartender was excellent and mixed a great cocktail, the bar is... More

The split kitchen can be a good and bad thing here. I got a pizza, which are made downstairs at their awesome fired oven. Wife got strawberry pancakes. I got my pizza in 5-7 minutes. I went ahead and started. I was more than 1/2 done when the manager came by 3 minutes later to tell us that they lost... More

Damian C, My apologies again on the confusion and miscommunication during brunch. Once I noticed the order was not complete we did our best to get the pancakes out. I am glad that both of you enjoyed the food when it finally arrived. Please come back and see us, this is a very rare occasion and it seems like you... More

I liked everything about the B&O American Brasserie: the staff were super friendly, polite when serving, extremely aware of your needs, knowledgeable about the chef's specials. The price of the food was excellent, as was the quality and descriptions.

Great food, superior cocktails. We started with the Old Fashions, the moved on to raw oysters and broiled brussel sprouts. They were delicious. Then we had steaks and fries which were outstanding. Finished with a Grand Marnier on the rocks!
