On my late night quest for sustinence in Baltimore, I stumbled upon Koopers Tavern. I was pleased to hear they had ginger beer in stock, so I ordered a Moscow Mule, which was made perfectly. Comfortable and friendly. Good bar food and then some fancier very tasty dishes like the most delicious calamari I have had. On the weekends, freshly shucked oysters are sold outside between Sliante and Cooper's for $1 each.

Tried the crab cake sandwich. Crab cake was delicious - I would say practically 100% crab meat. Had some sweet potato fries along with it that were ok. Their IPA draft was perfect with the right taste for a lunch beer. Will definitely try this place again and likely for an evening drink.

We had an excellent meal. We went on Burger Tuesday and pretty much everyone at the table ordered the gonzo slider. I think one of my sons and my husband ordered a custom order burger. My meal was amazing and I really enjoyed the Yellow Tail Ale. The atmosphere was great and the service was good. I love the Fells... More

In Fells Point are there are numerous places to grab a beer and a bite.but this is the best place to grab burger.the bar hasa nice selection of beer and a creative menu to boot.service was knowledgeable and prompt. Go during happy hour and try their burger du jour.

My fiance and I were walking through Fells Point trying to find somewhere to stop in for brunch. We actually went in because of the of the black lab on the sign. We were impressed with our brunch. Friendly staff would certainly go back.

I've lived in Baltimore for about 4 months now, and have returned to Kooper's Tavern once every ~2 weeks. Every time I have friends and family in town I bring them here, and everyone loves it every time. We're always able to get a table, Kooper's Tavern has a great food (especially burgers) and drink selection, and VERY generous portion... More

Oyster were UNspectacular. Our mistake not to find a true oyster house. Short of service staff. Waited over an hour for 2 crab cake dinners! Rated as poor but borderline terrible.

We had dinner at Koopers. The crab cakes were excellent but very expensive. This seemed to be a very young crowd hangout. Service was good. The ambience was ok but noisy.
