This is actually the second time I have been to Blue Hill Tavern and the food hasn't lost it flavor. I love the layout of the restaurant because it feels cozy and modern. It's a great place for a business dinner - quiet enough for a conversation but still lively. The seafood is nicely prepared - innovative but not too... More

Went with 8 serious foodie diners on a Saturday night and the group rated our overall experience as one of our best in several years. We were able to talk at a round table without shouting (such a pleasant surprise these days). The meal came at the unhurried pace we wanted. A manager even came to apologize after one of... More

My best friend insisted we come here for her birthday. She had been once before and loved her food. We had the special, corn chowder, to start with calamari and Mojitos. Those were all great. The bread that came out was average. It wasn't warm and on the dry side. Almost as if it was a few days old. All... More

I've been to Blue Hill Tavern several times over the past couple of years, and the experience is always consistent: Decent service, very good food, and excellent drinks. The upstairs dining room is especially romantic, and the upstairs bar area is great for group events or large parties. Although it sounds a little strange to mention, the floor vents in... More

Ambience great. Sat at table in bar. Mike, our waiter, was average. Salmon was delicious. What tasted like instant potatoes not so great. Scallops fabulous. White and red sangria yummy!

My husband, daughter and I had brunch at Blue Hill Tavern over the 4th of July weekend. Service was top-notch. Portions were generous. My husband had the breakfast burrito which was huge and flavorful. I had the BHT sandwich and could only eat half of it. We also shared a couple of blueberry scones that were very tasty and satisfying,... More

I really do like this place and with the ease of open table, getting a rez is super easy. I have been trying to determine my top 5 restaurants and I could totally see this place on the list. I have yet to be disappointed. I wish I had more pictures, but this is all I have. IMG_3075Maybe this shot... More

My husband and I went to Blue Hill Tavern last Sunday and enjoyed brunch at the bar. The service was excellent and the food was great! We glanced at the dinner menu and it looked outstanding! We can't wait to come for dinner some time soon! The restaurant is very bright and pleasant. Prices seemed pretty reasonable also.

Right now I am on vacation in Florida. Since I am away from home I have been eating in a quite a few restaurants and I have been reviewing them with TripAdvisor. My standard of comparison is the Blue Hill Tavern in the Canton area in Baltimore. My wife and I have eaten there many times with the most recent... More
