The gelato is fresh, tasty and made daily from local ingredients, the staff is always pleasant and helpful, and enjoying walking around Fells Point while enjoying your gelato is a bonus. Plus you'll find fresh dark espresso. Skip the ice cream. Go for the gelato!

Quite possibly the best gelato I've ever had! All their flavors feature local ingredients and they have numerous vegan options. My favorites were the rhubarb, the dark chocolate orange, and the milk and honey flavor (which featured wildflower honey!) I'm a bit surprised by all the comments about the gelato being overpriced. To be sure, it's more expensive than commercial... More

This is good gelato, but WAY over prices for the quality and amount you get. I would recommend skipping it and getting desert somewhere else.

We had heard Pitango Gelato was the place to go for dessert in Fell's Point and I have to say their gelato was very tasty! We were walking around Fell's and it was a hot Summer day so the gelato was quite refreshing. My wife had a small cone and I had a cup of half Pistachio and half Cardamom,... More

I never knew gelato could taste this good! I've never been to Italy, but if their gelato is any more authentic than this, I'd be surprised. Pitango is amazing and offers a lot of authentic Italian gelato and sorbet flavors. If you're in the Fells area, make sure you stop by. You won't be disappointed. The chocolate hazelnut is pretty... Their gelato is so amazing! It's great for a summer day. My favorite is the cardamom. My husband's favorite is any type of tea (green, black, etc). Also, try the affogato!

We arrived here after a 7:05 pm Orioles Game. Their coffee smelled good (you can even get a pour over at 'market price') but at 10 pm, it was too late for us to drink that. We instead tried their gelato - made with local ingredients (from outside the city obviously) and nothing artificial. Delicious! We also found it very... More

For those looking for something sweet after a meal in Fells Point - definitely consider Pitango Gelato. Refreshing without being heavy. The servings are smaller than franchises like Coldstone, but more than enough to satisfy a sweet tooth without feeling like a a glutton. NOTE: some may be tempted by the familiar chain name of Maggie Moo's across the street.... More

I was in the Fells Point section of Baltimore this weekend, on a hot 88 degree summer day. While walking the area with family someone pointed out the Pitango Gelato sign so we ventured in. There was a small line just outside the door, which to me is o great sign. I was drawn in by the unconventional flavors, with... More

I went the other day with my mom and my baby. I tried the new Mojito flavor and also the white grapefruit. AMAZING. It was unbelievably refreshing and not at all overwhelming. I really enjoyed it. Definitely will be back.
