Fun stop

This was a perfect stop in the middle of a busy sight seeing day. We arrived early and missed the wait that came very shortly after. Our window table had a fun view of seals playing in the ocean. There is a great selection of beer (even beer ice cream), lots of variety on the menu. Our waiter was... read more

We went over a holiday weekend and had a long wait to get in, but everyone from the youngest to oldest in our group agreed it was worth the wait. The atmosphere is perfectly casual and the food was surprisingly delicious. I'd recommend saving room for dessert - the cobbler was outstanding. The only downside was the kids squabbling over... Had the best Blues Burger in Oregon and a super good Stout Porter. The salmon wrap with onion rings was outstanding. Also loved the peach hard cider.

I went to Astoria today to see my in-laws and I am so glad I did. They were waiting for us at this restaurant it was insanely packed and I am glad they had been waiting for a seat. I got the fish and chips combo with salmon, cod and halibut. It was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect... More

If you are looking for great service, wonderful food AND a brewery this is the place! I tried the fish tacos and they were much better than I can even describe!

We stopped for lunch. The place is large, so no waiting, with a nice view of the water. Very pleasant wait staff, though our service was slower than I like. The beer was quite good (I had the porter), very smooth and no lingering aftertaste. The food was also good, and reasonably priced. The onion rings are real onions, very... More

We were looking for a good restaurant in Astoria and this ended up being perfect! The servers were friendly and attentive and the food was excellent! It is located right near the trolley tracks so we were able to take the trolley to get there. We would definitely go back.

First, they brew their own beer and serve several other brews from the local area. Food is really good and well prepared, although a trifle expensive for what you get, i.e., a milkshake is $5. Fish/chips really good at $12.00 and they have excellent chowder. Food family stop, keeping in mind this is a beach type stop, parking can be... More

On a post Christmas visit to Astoria, we had to stop at the Wet Dog for dinner. It was a good as always, excellent food and the service was very friendly. I had some great clam chowder and their marionberry cobbler is delicious.

If you like hamburgers and beer, you will like the Wet Dog Cafe. We meet there when we have a get together. They serve singles and groups. We generally have a group of 40+ and they do an excellent job of keeping everything straight and the burgers are to die for. Check out their menu and order the burger that... More
