Had lunch on the patio due to our fur baby. First impression while walking in... Cool funky busy spot with a cool view. Maybe I got there at the wrong time but there was no "hostess" but signs that said check in with hostess to be seated... Okay!!?!? I finally went to the bar and asked how I needed to... More

At lunch today the crab cakes had little crab, and tasted like something out of the frozen food section of a bad supermarket. The Halibut, supposed to be special was barely edible. We have spent the last two months eating fresh seafood from Port Angeles to Cannon Beach, and this was a terrible disappointment. The view is wonderful.

Although there's stiff competition the Wet Dog is still the best brewpub in Astoria. The combination of location (right on the riverwalk, with outdoor seating), high-quality beers and pub-grub (including ample gluten-free-friendly offerings), friendly service, and price puts it above the rest. The fish & chips sampler (multiple varieties of fish) are tough to pass up, as are the beers,... More

Give this a try. I enjoyed dinner along with the view, the excellent service and the lively, but not loud, ambience. They have a nice combination here - that's why it's been in this location for such a long time.

We stumbled across this cafe while exploring the water front. I had the tasty clam chowder and my husband enjoyed a Reuben sandwich. Service was prompt and friendly.Prices and portions are reasonable. Nice view of the water front while enjoying a relaxing lunch.

We've been here several times and always enjoy this place. The beers are nice. We recommend the Strawberry Blond and the IPA's are nice, too. Sample 5 4-oz beers for $7.50, then order a pint of your favorite. The food is solid, but above average pub/grill fare, burgers, etc. The Chowder in a sour-dough bowl is great, and if you... More

We found this place by accident. It turned out to be a good accident. The restaurant had open windows that looked over the water . Our table was right next to the open windows. It was a good thing too, the day we where there it was very hot outside. The décor was fun and very open. Lots of space... More

We stopped at this pub and were very excited to give it a try. The hostess was a snob barely even said anything to us or looked at us while seating us into a very small table. They had to grab an extra chair to sit us all. Once we were sitting it was very cramped. I asked the hostess... More

We were visiting our daughter and her family in Astoria, they recommend this restaurant and brought us there for lunch. Three of us ordered beef burgers, one ordered a chicken breast sandwich. All four meals came with fries, I requested a lettuce salad to replace the fries and the waitress did that. That was GREAT! The burgers and the chicken... More

We went here for a drink during happy hour whilst doing the Astoria river walk. We were greeted at the door and there was an empty table with a nice view by the window, but we were told we couldn't sit at that table and get the happy hour deals, we needed to sit at the bar for the deals... More
