Nice restaurant on the water. The view is good from any seat. Even the bar has outdoor seating. The bar menu offers items you cannot get in the restaurant (stuffed clams are great)! Alot of fried fish on the menu but it is very tasty! Great casual but nice atmosphere.

Based on reviews from TA we decided to try Ship Inn. The fish was great, coleslaw tasty & served with a lot of steak fries. Service was good and customers were steady.

Best fish and chips ever, including in Britain. Order MrK's special . More cole slaw and less French fries! Desserts are great as well as the clam chowder! The pin has beer in pints as well as an awesome bar. Reccomend? Yes. Return? Absolutely!

We have eaten here a few times, usually we go for the fish and chips which seems to be the specialty of the restaurant, but on our last visit we ordered the British dishes of the day, sausage and mash and steak and kidney pie. We enjoyed both, but the pie was a little stodgy at the bottom and needed... More

Good beer, reasonable food selection (although the English Steak & Kidney Pudding was a little gluey around the meat). Not a lot of atmosphere but staff friendly and helpful. We had lunch there - need to try it in the evening.

Our family was craving fish and chips and this was one of the only restaurants open. The service was great and the food was wonderful! A little pricey, but we were in a tourist, seaside town.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years just to have their fish and chips. Some of us do the halibut and some of us do the cod. Both are excellent. Their half order is plenty with 2 good pieces of the fish with coleslaw and yummy french fries. Service is great and fast! Yes, the restaurant is older... More
