Went with a friend and they made us wait a long time for a table that was vacant from the get go - not sure what that was about. The food was good, but not rave about it good. I am not sure that value wise it a great place. But much more romantic and classy than most of what... read more

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary. I had a delicious sturgeon special, with a good, local draft beer. The service was great. The food was top notch. We will come back next time we are in town.

The food here is always great and the service exceptional. I stop here every time I get in town. The wine selection is also very good and reasonably priced.

....and we ended up in the bar...very very crowded but in spite of that the service was excellent! I've realized that I do not like Lobster all that much, so after a bite I gave it to hubby, and I got his coconut Prawns (awesome)...but no fear, he got some too. The garlic mashed was garlic heaven, and the veggies... More

We went in to celebrate a belated Valentine's Day. My husband had the salmon special and I had the broiled salmon. Both were delicious and well prepared. The portions were quite generous! I also had the best cup of chowder since leaving New England. They had a nice selection of beer and wine (we had beer). Our waiter was very... More

Where to begin...perhaps at the end. It was divine. Delicious. Decadent. I would do it again. And again. Hubby and I were here for the first time, and were seated in a nice romantic little nook away from the other guests where we relished the privacy. Our server was smiling; friendly. He made a recommendation to me of a wine... More

We slipped in for Happy Hour and a snack but came away feeling as if we had had a full meal and then some. The smoked salmon and cheese bread was scrumptious and the local beer quite full bodied. Do have the clam chowder it is good.

Arriving in Astoria in the early evening in a pouring rain, after driving up to this seaside town from Portland Airport for a one-month business trip, I drove around town in the rain and came upon this downtown restaurant. It was moderately busy on an off-season Saturday evening. The decor in this restaurant was charming, the building being built originally... More

Started with a bikini-tini and my friend had a vodka martini. We ordered the Calamari Fritti and the batter was light and golden. The light flavor of the Calamari was not at all overpowered by the batter. A nice light appetizer with a few purple tenticle bunches tossed in for color. I had Dungeness crab topping a deeply flavorful wild... More
