They have a fairly extensive comfort food menu. We stopped for breakfast, which was great. The prices were fair and the food excellent. My fellow patrons seemed to be enjoying there meals as well.

Great breakfast menu with many items. This is a small Oregon coast chain that has become a landmark. Service was excellent.

I've struggled to find a decently priced business lunch restaurant in Astoria, there are some great places, but pricey. Not knowing this place is a chain, it felt risky because of the name, but was perfect! I met 2 volunteers for lunch; the staff was great! Friendly and attentive. I was surprised to see a Hot Turkey Sandwich on the... More

We had a nice breakfast in here. Entrees are in the $10-12 range which I suspect is pretty typical. We got plenty of food and it was tasty. I'm not usually a greasy, big-breakfast eater but if that's your thing they have it here. Note that it appears to be busy most of the time so expect to wait. I'll... More

One must look at what they are eating as it has no taste. It must be all artificial. Onions tomatoes cheese all have same bland flavor and texture and all for over ten dollars a plate. Coffee not very good, either. Return? Not what I do. Recommend? No.

The food was a lot like you'd expect from a breakfast place, but kind of pricey. The service was good, but I would prefer a local breakfast place with better prices!

So many options! This place rocks. Its a small restaurant chain (only about 6 restaurants in Oregon) mainly along the Oregon coast. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious and moderately priced. Best part is the options! My wife is gluten intolerant, so it was nice they offered gluten free (GF) bread(for toast or sandwiches), GF pancakes and... More

I'll say it straight away - if you want a clean, nice quality dish of Beer battered Halibut, this is the place in Astoria you want to go. Bring your kids, because it's really a family restaurant. Ordered their Beer battered Halibut a few times since I like it so much, but the service was a bit disappointing since the... More

I ordered steak and prawns. I had to ask for steak sauce, and the wait staff went past the table twice more before I got it. Also a tip to the chefs... when serving the breaded prawns, please put them on a different plate from the steamed veggies and the bloody meat. I do not like soggy breading.

We went to pig n pancake in both astoria and seaside; id say the atmosphere is very similar to Denny's, and the food offerings are as well. Quality and flavor are better; kids menu has more on it than normal.
