We enjoyed our stop for breakfast here. The food was delicious, plenty and reasonably priced. Service was good and waitresses were either very seasoned or talented, doing many things at one time. Fun to watch. No wait for a table and the place was full. Would recommend. Love the name too!

Food was OK, a bit overpriced. I was promptly forgotten after being served. The nearby Burger King KFC, and McDonald's would be better choices. Appears favored by local seniors.

Must be a good place of the fire department eats here! I had the Jr. Plate and it was more than enough. Especially w/ the marionberry syrup on the pancakes. YUM. Better half had the french toast and it came w/ strawberry compote....which I think was actually a frozen strawberries like you buy at grocery store..not so good, but he... More

Right down the middle with what you'd expect. The prices are a bit high, but the food was fine for breakfast. You should not screw up pancakes too much. The service however, was extremely slow. We had to wait over 25 minutes after ordering and were getting ready to leave when the food arrived. Our waitress and others were good... More

We had breakfast here. It's a nice, clean place with friendly staff. I had eggs benedict, and it was delicious! I think the secret here was the especially tasty ham. But we thought the breakfasts were about $2 too expensive. Now, we get that Astoria is a tourist destination, so I guess that's to be expected. But $2.35 for Boyd's... More

This Pig'n Pancake has been here for a long time and the food quality changes with different cooks. The first thing you notice upon entering is the quite unnecessary stuffies, nick-knacks curios and cards for sale but there are no antacids in the display case to warn of impending disaster. I ordered Halibut fish and chips for dinner and when the... More

We usually stop here on our way home from the Oregon coast. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and the sauce was more on the light brown side, like a gravy. Didn't get a real Benedict sauce flavor. The ham was really salty, and I'm a salt lover so salted first. Oooops, big mistake. Hubby liked his spanish omelet I guess... More

Just a place to eat. Nothing special going on here. Sherri's type food and atmosphere but not as good. Very meh. We thought it was going to be quirky our fun for some reason. Its not. The service was good enough. Food was fine but if you are on a trip and looking for a place worth writing home about,... More

We decided to try this place on a daytrip to Astoria. The service wasn't the best, the waitress took a long time to come to our table even though there were hardly any customers. Most of the servers were just standing around talking to each other, or sitting at tables. I had a crab melt which lacked flavor and was... More

Based on a recommendation from a biker we talked to along the way, it was an easy decision to opt out of the mundane hotel breakfast buffet and head over to Pig 'n Pancake. So glad we did! It's a family-run restaurant in existence since 1961 and expanded several times. We had Eggs Benedict and Pigs in a Blanket. Excellent!... More
