great thin crust pizza

I am a big fan of Neapolitan style pizza with thin crust, zesty fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, basil and olive oil- pretty basic ingredients that when combined correctly are just perfection...I have finally found a place in Jacksonville where I can get a properly made pizza! The crust... read more

We waited a long time for our food to be served. The waiter was fine but it seems that every time I am here the food takes a long time to get to the table. Eggplant Parmigiana was very dry so I had to ask waiter for extra sauce.

Traveling from Texas to Key West and trip advisor recommended this place as a just off the road place to eat dinner. I finally had my "dream pizza" - The Mediterranean styled pizza (outstanding crust with just olive oil and garlic with mozzarella and Fontana cheese) with grilled chicken and caramelized onions was worthy of being your last meal! Others... More

Picked up takeout pizza and wings tonight . . . OUTSTANDING! The pizza was a large Lee's Special (pepperoni, banana peppers, and bacon) done Mediterranean style (medium crust, minced garlic and olive oil instead of tomato sauce, and a thick layer of mozzarella and fontina cheeses). It was HUGE and delicious! The eight garlic parmesan crusted wings were large, meaty,... More

This is a mid-size restaurant in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville Fl. The place is almost always packed and their pizza is one of the reasons why the restaurant is successful. This will sound arrogant but I have seen way to many reviews declaring this and that pizzeria the best in US. In my experience most of the places are... More

This was a real find as we were exiting to our hotel for the night. We were not expecting to get a brick-oven pizza. While all the food looked great and smelled divine the pizza is a must. If you have saved room the MUST is their bread pudding. While I have never been a fan of bread pudding I... More

This used to be our "go to" restaurant. But the last few visits have not been good. It seems like they are cutting back on their usual quality. The cheesesteak sandwich used to be really good. The one I had last night was very dry and the cheese was almost non-existent. I am not sure we will be back.

This is a neighborhood gem! It is a 5 star restaurant disguised as a Pizza joint. They have excellent pizza but he menu is way more sophisticated and there is something for everyone. Everything is made fresh down to the pasta. The specials are posted in their chalkboard daily and are amazing The best food in jacksonville in a casual... More

As someone raised in STL, I'd say this pizza is reminiscent of IMOs but not an exact replica. The cheese and crust they use are typical of STL style. Additionally, they have toasted ravs which are pretty good too. I wish the restaurant itself was more inviting and less hectic and cramped feeling.
