I went to this place to pick up cake for my son's birthday and when we tasted it ....YAKK!! I could easily make out something was not right in this cake and it was not its taste. I m in habit of eating freshly made food so i could make out outright and asked everyone not to eat it. Party... More

Sorry to say..poor. my stuffed quail was served with a temperature between rare and raw. When asked to re cook I was told by the server that it is suppose to be med rare. I don't need a quail 101 cooking explanation. It was raw and being stuffed I want it at least medium. From that point on it set... More

I love how the place is decorated inside. It's very cute and different from anywhere else in Jacksonville. It's a great date spot. I had the lamb shank which so tender it just fell off the bone. It was delicious and the serving size was perfect. The dinner salad was very nice too. My boyfriend have the shrimp and scallop... More

It is worth it to drive away from the chain restaurants of the shopping center to JJ's. The menu is quite varied and there are specials too. The service is friendly and efficient. The decor is "French" and cozy. Weather permitting, there is dining on the porch. We went here for lunch and the following weekend for dinner. Each time... More

Good French fare, excellent pate and cheeses; steak frites average to good. Reasonable wine selection. Quiet (which I like!) and attentive service. Lacked profiteroles on the dessert menu, which I consider a must! Would like to give this one 3 1/2 stars - certainly better than average, you should not be disappointed, but not memorable menu and quality .. a... More

I am saying this was average, but it was a very disappointing meal and I debated rating it poor. We had lunch here in December on a Saturday. We both had the onion soup and although not the best we've had, it was fine and I wish we had stopped there. The rest of the meal was not as good.... More

I have been to JJ's Bistro de Paris twice for lunch with co-workers who recommended it. Both times, the food was tasty and fresh. I had quiche once and a crepe once - both quite yummy. My co-workers had salads and other items on the menu, and liked them very much. Both times I had dessert, also - the first... More

I would've never known about this place if I wasn't doing my afternoon jogs in the neighborhood. The restaurant is small, tucked next to a Chinese place and a gym on an obscure strip that serves a few apartment complexes. But anyway, the owner is a real French woman from Vichy. Hence, the food is real French cuisine. There are... More

Delicious food, attentive service. Wine list small but good. Do not skip dessert ! Doesn't look like much from the outside but is excellent overall.
