I read the reviews of Cafe Carmon and could not believe it topped b.b.'s (DO NOT miss b.b.'s!). On a business trip, we decided to give it a try. Saturday, we stopped by to review the menu. Cafe Carmon is in the middle of a quaint street in the San Marco section of Jacksonville. I had the shrimp Reuben which was very interesting and delicious - everything about this place was adorable and the food was great. Would love to go back for dinner. more

I am sorry that I can not give a review on the dinner menu because we only went for dessert. However, from what i saw around at other tables, the menu appears to be a contemporary French/southern infused cuisine. Well, Cafe Carmon is a little on the Chic side, so if you plan on wearing Jeans and a Cut off... more
