If you can make it past the dessert counter you're doing good. Love the menu, plenty of choices and really good food to match the service. Love their beer selection. Parking can be tricky.

Warm weekend afternoon beckons us to stop for lunch. We nibbled on the Mediterranean Sampler platter and one with summer sausage+cheese+apple (forgot the name)... And both were delicious! !!!!! Service was prompt and allowed us to talk at great length. Sandwiches at other tables looked great. Save room for deserts. . They're huge and delicious.

My daughter and I visited here on a Saturday for a late lunch. It was a beautiful day so people were sitting both inside and out. We decided to sit inside. You choose where you want to sit. It wasn't long before we met our waitress. We ordered drinks and took a look at the BIG menu. Wow, everything sounded... More

This place is know for it's pies and cakes and we experienced four varieties. The best had to be the peanut butter pie. I also had the thin mint pie and it was OK. The strawberry cake looked beautiful but I'm not into cake. The other was the triple chocolate pie and it was luscious. It is dangerous to go... More

Had the sausage platter; it was good but not outstanding and the service was efficient and friendly.

There are several of these cafes in the city and we just happened upon this one as it was the closest. The menu has quite a few selections and I found the food to be about average. The place is in a good area and there are other restaurants close by. This one also serves wine and beer.

Great selection of beers, not just domestic, chicken salad sandwich more than satisfied wife's craving, Rueben was very filling, service prompt and helpful, good hard cider on tap, prices reasonable, good variety of ages with no loud drunks.

After looking at their menu online, I was psyched to go for dinner at the European Street Cafe. Unfortunately I found it to be an average restaurant experience, and I am not one to be overly critical or snarky. The restaurant was very clean and neatly decorated. The service was exceptionally slow, and very lackadaisical. We did not receive all... More

My husband and I, our son, his wife, and two children had been to a museum in downtown Jacksonville and were looking for an interesting but non-fancy lunch venue afterwards. The European Street Cafe caught our eye as we drove around, so we pulled in, and decided to give it a try. It is charming, a little funky, partly a... More

This place has such an institutional lack of quality food purveyor. The bratts are taken from a package bouught I am fairly sure from Winn Dixie. The rolls for the bratts are stale. We had a salad at our table that they took two chances to make both came out with brown lettuce!!!! One would think if you send the... More
