Friends were excited to go here it actually made you feel as if you could be in Italy; however service was slow very slow but that can happen anywhere; food was not to our liking there was plenty but no one explained the huge portions, so we ordered like 5 dishes and well way over board; but go and... read more

If you need to plan a team dinner in a fun atmosphere and have plenty of food for all, this is the place! Italian food served family style in a fun atmosphere was just perfect for our team. We choose a team menu of two salads, with fettuccini alfredo, chicken parm, and spaghetti marinara. The food was plentiful with lots... More

It's not the best or even second best Italian food available, but the restaurant made our last night together a memorable one for the 40 seniors enjoying a bus trip from Tennessee. Such fun décor, lively servers, decent food, and plenty of it. We had a great time pretending to sing Italian songs! The food was OK, but it was... More

I have to start by saying the Veal Marsala was the WORST I have ever had in my life, it tasted as if someone poured maple syrup over the veal, absolutely horrible and not a marsala. However the atmosphere is so fun and interesting. I went with family and we enjoyed sharing the meal family style. The stuffed shells were... More

Bread was good. Chicken fettucini alfredo was dry and absolutely bland. Enough salt and pepper made it barely edible.

I had visited the first year it opened and went their with a group. Then it was an excellent experience. This time the portion was sparse and horrible tasting and the place had a very bad odor. It needs updating and a good cleaning.

I wasn't looking forward to eating at this restaurant because I'd eaten at the location in Daytona Beach twice and wasn't impressed. I'm glad I went to this location, because the food was delicious. Great portions of food and everything was tasty. The waiter, Dante, was attentive and even though we were part of a large group (a dozen people)... More

You seldom expect the highest level of service or quality of food on a holiday and this was true during our visit. Twelve of us had a 6 p.m. reservation and we seated promptly and hospitably. Our server was very pleasant and eager to please. Since we were a big group, we all ordered individual appetizers and entrees with the... More

I decided to give Buca another chance, since it has been six years since I last brought my family there. I can say, it will be another six or more years before I return again. Our visit was just after lunch, and they seated the couple behind us first. Then the tour of the kitchen, dirt and trash on the... More

Last year, for Christmas Day, not a lot was open so we ventured to Buca di Beppo. As I had reviewed previously, it was a horrific experience, largely due to the unexpected volume of the day. I was contacted by Corporate, and they seemed genuinely interested in finding out issues and making them right. It has taken some time to... More
