I'll start my comments by stating we've eaten at this Carrabbas every week since they opened, unless we're out of town. It's the best in the area. Food is excellent, staff is always friendly, and the owner (David) or one of his managers are always around keeping things going smoothly. I would highly recommend this restaurant. When I read comments... More

I know it's a chain and a lot of folks expect drab to bad but it wasn't!! The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. The food was very good. I would recommend and go back. A very nice experience.

Went to Carrabba's Italian Grill on Baymeadows last night for dinner to celebrate a 89th birthday. We had Alison as a our server and she was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The food was excellent, the wine was outstanding, and the desserts looked great (I did not have one, I ate too much bread prior to the appetizer.... More

Though replaced in the top spot by Buca Di Beppo, Carrabba's still has some good options. grilled shrimp dish options are still among the best on the menu.

Weary travelers thoroughly enjoyed a couple of the new pasta dishes. The quantity was large and the food was excellent.

I got a shrimp Cesar Salad, which was very good. It was takeout and I appreciated the way they kept the shrimp in a different container so as not to wilt the salad. Most places would not do it, though they should. Here is the problem. I ordered the meatball ricotta flat bread appetizer. It was uneatable. To appreciate this... More

If you sit at a high-top in the bar area during their happy hour (I think it's 4-7) all drinks & appetizers are half off! You really can't beat that deal. Our group of 5 ate & drank for only $30. This is Carrabba's is only about a 5 minute drive from the JAX airport so it was an easy... More

Wife wanted a Monday out, something flavorful but close and not fancy. OK, its Carrabas. She ordered chicken bryan and I ordered the pork tenderloin medallions plus a cup of lentil soup. All seemed well, but then we woke up early the next morning with SERIOUS diarrhea. Cannot prove the source, but, you probably can figure this out.

Appreciate the staff fixing the Penne Franco for us this time but we are really disappointed that it has been taken off the menu. Really good authentic food as alwasy.

The calamari was a little greasy. The wife had chicken Bryan which she said was very flavorful. I had the oven fired lasagna. It was uneventful. I could not tell it had been close to a fire. It was bland and pasty. Mostly a mediocre meal.
