Wonderful building abamiance location

Service and seating fine. The food disappointed 5 dry over cooked yet barley warm scallops. Rubber taste they replaced waited while everyone ate food. Then pressure to eat mine. My wife salmon was dry and salty. Mud pie was poor. Had to ask for butter for roles and sauce for mud pie! I... read more

Have been a fan of The Chart House in Annapolis for many years so decided to visit the one in Jacksonville, Florida. It had been several years since I had been to one and I always loved the restaurant. I have to say the dinner was disappointing. The quality of the meal was no where near what I had been... More

Jacksonville Chart House is conveniently located on the River Walk. A nice happy hour with reduced drink prices - yes, on premium brands too - and wonderful appetizer menu can serve as dinner. We did imbibe with friends but chose dinner. All the seafood dinners - tuna, grouper and shrimp - were excellent. The only downside was the dinner service.... More

We started with the wine of the day which was a great white choice. The salad bar although fresh and vibrant had boring items you might see at Wendy's, so we passed on it. Our charcuterie appetizer may have contained the usual list of meats and cheeses, but they were anything but same ol' same ol'- they were exceptional. Dinner... More

When built 30 years ago it was the most expensive restaturant per square foot in country. Outstanding still today and outstanding food. A great experience.

The choices are expansive and the food is always excellent. It is within walking distance from several hotels. Great place!

My wife and wanted to take friends that we hadn't seen in over 25 years out to a special restaurant and to have a special experience. We are Landry's members and as such, we are always supposed to have a seat at their restaurants. On the night in question, we were told by the ladies at the front desk that... More

My Wife and I decided to dine at Chart House and I was not super satisfied unfortunately. The service is always a wonderful experience and the Salad bar and free unlimited black caviar is best in Jax. The $47 prime rib was cold and chewy. I was dissapointed.

Our experiences at the chart house in Annapolis have always been good so we were surprised at how mediocre the food was and SLOW the service was tonight in Jacksonville,FL. Had stuffed flounder. Meal was cold and only came with potatoes for $29. Crab?? Stuffing had a fishy taste and was not fresh. All our meals were equally bad. Too... More

We've been coming here for special occasions since 2009. The past few, culminating in Sunday's Easter dinner, have been very disappointing, resulting in a large reduction in my rating. For a while now, we've had sporadic instances of food, though properly cooked and tasty arriving at our table barely warm or outright cold. This reached a head this past Christmas.... More
