we elected for a price fixed 4 course meal which included an 18% gratuity ... so the waiter was less than motivated since his tip was guaranteed. the seafood tasted fishy and the creme broulee was awful and the asparagus was tough. the environment here is boring. more

I went to the Wine Cellar as part of the Dine Out Jacksonville promotion. This was my first time, even though I have been hearing about this place for a long time.
