A small group of us went here twice for lunch at the recommendation of the doorman while attending a convention at the nearby Hyatt. This is a GREAT find. There is no table service as you order and pay at the counter and pick up your food when your name is called out. The menu is eclectic and deliciously diverse... More

Food was outstanding, good location with a nice view of Bay Street. Several people recommended it, finally tried it. Will definitely go back!

Olio has both a breakfast and lunch menu. The lunch menu is varied and includes anything from fish tacos to duck grilled cheese!! Service was excellent. Although they are closed for dinner, you can still grab a glass of wine with lunch ;) Come early, it gets crowded during the lunch hour!

If you can, try to get to Olio a few minutes before noon as it fills up quickly. The lines get long, but they move reasonably well. The people who take food orders try to work quickly and they are friendly. For a place where there is no table service, the prices are not as cheap as you might guess... More

The food was really good. It was very busy, so if you come at noon you may not be able to find a seat. A bit loud, so it was difficult to have a conversation.

First of all, I could not believe how fast the long line went! Don't let a long line turn you away unless you need food within 5 minutes. I thought we would not make it back to hotel in time for a meeting but we had time to spare. I rated the food lower because I simple made a bad... More

We were staying at the Hyatt which is very close. My co-worker read about it on yelp so we went for lunch. It was packed. I had the shrimp tacos, she had the po-boy and fries/aioli. Food was reasonably priced and the food was great. We went back with more friends. I had the fish tacos, co-workers had pork tacos,... More

I had the duck confit grilled cheese and my husband had the shrimp po boy. His was really good with jalepeno in a hoagie roll and mine was alright...duck a bit salty but that's the way duck is. The cheese and sourdough bread was awesome however!..my husband wanted to eat just the sourdough off mine. They also give you their... More

I was staying nearby at the Hyatt and went in search of food. Happily, I came across Olio! It's always a good sign when you have a hard time picking from the menu... I settled on the duck grilled cheese. While it certainly isn't "healthy" it was delicious! Duck confit, green tomato (!) and Gruyere cheese on sourdough. Mmmm! Already... More

I was in Jacksonville for business staying at the Hyatt. Just a couple blocks walk to Olio, and what a find!! Great food, great prices. Staff was friendly, and the place was very clean. Don't forget to get their homemade lemonade.... We ate there 3 of 5 days, and wish it had been 5/5. Loved it!!
