AWESOME fish special Great Service

Down from Georgia for a downtown JAX concert, we investigated & tried nearby Indochine. Though we enjoy quality Thai & Vietnamese food and were initially pleased with the high-end, Thai 'living room' ambiance, we were quite unprepared for the food. I went here based on good reviews. Was I ever disappointed! First their wonton soup came with two dumplings which is crazy because they were size of a jolly ranchers. After tasting one, I didn't have second. It was also insanely salty, and I like salty foods! Secondy, my green curry which was missing the eggplant (they fixed that by... More

Though we enjoy quality Thai & Vietnamese food and were initially pleased with the high-end, Thai 'living room' ambiance, we were quite unprepared for the food. Our bubbling waiter recommended a 'curried snapper' special ($22), with my own designated 'heat' temp . O-M-G AWESOME ! My... More

Good food, the service was just ok considering it was empty. I had the pad thai. There was no cell service in the building.

Located in downtown Jacksonville, this place is great if you are looking to get a meal before a show at the nearby Florida theater. The front of the house; wait staff are very pleasant and provide good service. Prices are reasonable for downtown and the portion size are excellent. They are large enough to where you won't leave hungry but... More

We dined here with local friends who highly recommended the restaurant. We love Thai food and while our meal was good, our service was not. We believe our overall experience would have been more pleasant if our server smiled a bit and made us feel more welcomed.

I got the pad woon sen (PAD WOON SEN angel hair silver–thread noodles sautéed with egg, celery, onion, sweet pepper and mushroom) and its large enough to split, lots of food but very delicious!! I highly recommend this place.

Food is awesome and love the decor. A little hard to find parking during lunch hours but well worth the short walk.

In the San Marco area - parking can be a challenge to find on Saturday night. When you arrive it is at first not clear that the restaurant is on the second floor. It is well worth the climb however! They have a large selection of stir-fry, noodle & curry doshes. The aroma in the air and the flavors that... More

Time of Visit: Dinner on August 22nd Order: Chicken Satay appetizer, Pad Thai Price: $23 Pros: Atmosphere, portion size, optional levels of spiciness Cons: Food was just a tad bland without the added spice, parking Thoughts: I've had quite a few people tell me this was the best Thai food in Jacksonville and I'm not really sure I agree.
