I went to this wonderful Columbian restaurant on Saturday, 22 February 2014 with my mother and sister before attending a show at the Patchogue Theater. From the attentive and friendly service, to the quality and taste of the food, to the reasonable prices, this was a very nice dining experience. We started off with a sampler platter that had deep... What a nice restaurant! The customer service was excellent! I would like to thank Stephanie for allowing my friend and I to come in and be served even though when I called she said the kitchen closed @ 11:00. We were parking the car and it was 10:40. She was very pleasant when we arrived. Our waiter,Jose was also very... More

l've been coming here for quite a few years now... and in my area there aren't any Colombian food restaurants around. The food is flavorful and well seasoned and yes, the service isn't great. It's a bit slow, but your dish is finally served with a smile. The portions are big so come hungry or share with a friend. "the... More

Playing it safe in today's competitive landscape is not good. This local eatery did nothing to impress. Service was slow and unprofessional. Friendly is not a replacement for product knowledge. Drinks were watered down and lite on flavor Empanadas were a hit, but too small or not enough for a table of four. Plates of beans and rice overwhelmed the... More

Very nice atmosphere with excellent food, the menu is extensive and interesting. If your looking for some different types of dishes other than the basic meals you get at other restaurants this place is a nice change. The waitresses were very friendly and the service was exceptional. Do yourself a favor and check their menu out, the prices are very... More

This is an excellent restaurant with a friendly staff and excellent affordable food. Eat in or take out. Dining room, outside seating and a light airy bar.

last time i ate there, the tea bag was old, didnt taste right. and their roated chicken had an unusual flavor. otherwise, i had always enjoyed their roasted chicken. i guess i would try it again, as they claim it is gluten free. also, their yellow rice is supposedly gluten free and tastes pretty good. i think they use butter?... I absolutely love this place. It's one of my favorites in Patchogue. Great prices and amazing food. A very nice bar and drink selection as well. It has recently undergone beautiful renovations and now the upper lever is able to rent for parties. My favorite dish here is the Ropa Vieja. A thin steak with sauce served over rice...delicious.

One of the best local places to eat! My wifes loves the chicken and says they have the best beans ever! I like the empananda appys and they alway shave Pacifico. The prices are very reasonabable and the atmosphere makes us feel like we are on vacation. If you're ever in Patchogue and want to eat real food, come here.

I have been a customer of Gallo's for years. I went in last month and had dinner and was extremely disappointed with the service. Our waitress made several mistakes during the ordering process which I casually overlooked . When I received my check, I noticed an error with the bill. They charged us full price on our drinks that were... More
