Excellent first time experience

Pleasant outdoor seating which was much quieter and allowed for conversation without feeling like you were competing and being overheard. Pleasant outdoor seating which was much quieter and allowed for conversation without feeling like you were competing and being overheard. The food was good (I enjoyed the "shepherd's pie" which is a bit of a misnomer since it was made with rib meat, mashed and gravy on top; tasty and without the usual filler). I tried their light beer but... More

The waiter was obnoxious, the food was cold, the beer flat. My husband's fish dinner looked like three scrawny fish sticks overcooked. Fries were cold on my entree, hubby's beer was flat and when he told the waiter he did nothing about it. We were out of there in less than 20 minutes after being served. Won't go there again... Been going to the Brickhouse for at least 20 years, since it opened, and was very disappointed last year when they changed their wonderful old food menu. They took away a lot of the things we loved, such as their signature pizzas, jumbalaya, the build your own burger, and most of the old wraps like the Cajun Chicken Wrap, etc.... More

On April 5th, 2015, my brother took me out with a few friends to celebrate my 21st birthday. After spending an hour, we had an $81 bill. The drinks, which included Margaritas, were horrible. My brother and I are both bartenders and had to explain to the bartender how to mix the drinks. When we went to settle the bill,... More

you like beer and bar-food type food: The Brickhouse should be on your list. Good food, good prices and most important, great beers, quite a few brewed in house. You cant go wrong with anything here.

I occassionally eat in the restaurant and the food is always good, service prompt and professional. I frequently order take-out and no matter how crowded on a Friday or Saturday night, the my order is ready when I get there, hot and delicious, as usual. the prices are good and the servings ample. Friends of mine go there for the... More

Food was good, the place is clean and service is good. The prices are reasonable too and there are options for where to sit: bar with music, quieter room behind closed doors or outside.

Would not make this my first choice but if in town and every place else is busy I have stopped in here. Beer is Cold, Staff is pleasant, but food is just edible and the place is noisy. Young crowd, lots of selfies; beats riding down to Popeyes but only because Popeyes doesn't serve beer.

The food always seems to be good here. The last time we went, it was open mic night. Sitting in the back room against the back wall, it still got very loud as the night went on. Maybe I'm getting old.....but I don't want to yell at someone to have a conversation with them. During the day and early evening...those... More

It's an average brew pub. Food was ok. Beer was good. List was pretty typical for an average brew pub. I'd go again, but not first on the list.
