What's this cheese?

The bar has happy hour food so we ordered brussel sprouts - where were they? Just shreds of leaves and two little halves on a plate! But even "better" was the cheese plate - three quarters of three different sliced cheeses of the plastic variety that you see in Safeway piled up in the cheese... read more

It's a great place for lunch, dinner, or a few drinks. Outside by the water, a very nice restaurant inside, and a casual room with a bar (tables and high tops) for food, drinks, and watch Sports if you like.

Food was not bad, but most people would be astounded by this restaurant's interpretation of a Reuben sandwich. Dessert was bland to the brink of tasteless. Given the lackluster quality, it was way too expensive.

A bunch of us went to the Grille as they do a F & C evening, as most of the company are Ex-pats, we had a lot of pitchers of Boddingtons, to wash them down. The serving was mahousive and enjoyable !!!!

This restaurant is located in the mall. The location and especially outdoor seatings is great. There is a water system that flows thru the outdoor mall. The prices for entrees are probably 1.5x where you would pay elsewhere with moderate portions. Salad/Burger would be about $15 just to give you an idea. Nothing super awesome but not super bad. I... Dined at the Blackhawk Grille in Danville. I've eaten there a number of times. I've consistently have had good meals. They have outdoor seating which is beautiful during warm weather. The interior decor is modern. I feel comfortable recommending it.

The food is really great most of the time, some times is a miss. The location is really gorgeous, in the Blackhawk shopping center. Great place for drinks. It can be a bit noisy for a romantic date. But it really is a great restaurant worth to visit and enjoy delicious food.

The grille has been at the Blackhawk shopping center for a long time and the food is consistently good. The prices are reflective of the neighborhood. The corkage fee is a standard $10. they do have wholesome menu that meets almost anyone's food needs - meat and fish or vegetarian options, too. The service is reliably good.

It's a nice place but menu choices are limited - They need to add some more and the staff doesn't seem too well trained -They usually don't have answers to dimple questions at times -

I visit Blackhawk Grille when in the area, never disappoints! Food is amazing, fresh and delicious! The Oakwood Grilled Salmon is great and the Penne Jambalaya perfect! Have also had lobster there which is succulent and ample. They have a lovely Butterscotch Bread Pudding. Big windows overlook fire pit and fountains, service has always been very good.
