Classic Downtown Danville Place

Pete's has been in Danville for many years. It is a large, noisy kid friendly place that has more beers to try than any place I've been. They have a "club" and a wall for those who have tried 100 or more different beers. There are always 25 or so different beers to try. They keep rotating so you... read more

Grabbed a beer with a couple Dads and sat down with our sons on the patio. Everything was great up to this point. Ended up sending our first round of Apps back as they were inedible. Boys ordered root beers, which showed up looking like weak iced tea. We questioned another server about this and re responded, "that's funny- we... More

All kinds of different types of burgers and chicken sandwiches that are very good. Good side choices - besides the typical fries. Huge selection of beer and good cocktails.

We don't really go here for a great food experience but we enjoy making this a destination for a bike ride. Typical "american" style food and an extensive beer list. Love the Todd (burger), fish and chips and the many regular options and specials Good to large portions, several TVs with sports. You'll see lots of groups of friends and... More

I hadn't been to Pete's in a year, so stopped in with friends recently. The beer and service were both very good. Food is good to average. The Popcorn Chicken is recommended.

We had a lot of shopping to do in Danville and we found a parking space quickly just across the street from this restaurant. We have always heard decent reviews and it does seem to be very busy. Then why was our food so BAD. My husband had the chili dog and Cajun fries. I had chicken strips and Cajun... More

Good hamburgers combine with a juke box, a bar, and a lot of happy people to make a fun place. I LOVE Danville. I love to walk here on the street and check out the stores. And on the other end of town, there's a neat mall made of redwood or something. I don't like many of the shops there,... More

Always a great stop. The patio is a super place on Saturday afternoon to watch the locals show off their fancy cars! Fabulous burger and great selection of tasty draft beers. Will definitely go back for more.

This is the go-to place for hearty, reasonably priced food and a terrific selection of micro-brews while watching sports. Indoor and outdoor seating with lots of families. Try the daily Mexican entree. Terrific sandwiches, burgers, and salads. Be sure to say "Hi" to Pete !

I have friends who are the "Norm" of Pete's; they walk in and everyone knows their name! So when I'm in town this is their meeting spot. If you like beer, this is your place. They have a beer wall where you can get your name up there if you've tried all their beers. Not being a beer drinker, I... More
