Esin has been a neighborhood jewel since opening in 1998. The name Esin is not only the name of one of the owners but also means “inspiration”. The food is the passion of Chef & Owners Curtis and Esin deCarion. They strive to create cuisine that is fresh, seasonal, and prepared with great care. The fare is American with bits of Mediterranean influences. The wine list has been recognized by Wine Spectator & Wine Enthusiast magazines. Esin Restaurant & Bar relocated in July of 2008 to the Newest upscale lifestyle center The Rose Garden in Danville. The freshly designed dining room offers warm and comforting tones. Wife's Birthday

At the wife's suggestion, took her to dinner at Esin for her birthday. All was perfect from beginning to end. Got there early, had drinks at the bar. My martini was top shelf and spot on. We were led to our booth, that was requested, at precisely our reservation time. Our waiter, Matt, was right... read more

I have been coming here for years and the food is always great. They have wild salmon that is always amazing. The service is always fun and great. A favorite local spot.

A great cafe outside of downtown Danville. The food is delicious, a great wine selection, and the desserts are all home made, and yummy too! An intimate setting, great for a special occasion or hanging with good friends. Definitely make reservations days in advance.

Food is on the pricier side but very good. They also own Revel which has very good food. They are known for their outstanding pastries. Parking is free but can be challenging at times. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Never disappointed. Food is excellent. Best desserts. Service very good. Had the salmon salad for lunch. Love the pot roast for dinner.

Cozy restaurant with nice outdoor seating when warm. Dishes are well made and selection has something you could try each night. Customization is openly accepted if you ask for it. Desserts are also very well made. Great place to have a business lunch or celebrate a birthday.

Outstanding food. Great service. Amazing desserts. Try the sole and green beans. (I don't even like veggies but these are great.) Super wine list, knowledgable advice. Plenty of parking.

I had the pasta w prawn lunch which appeared to be a smaller portion than I had hoped for; however, it was very tasty, balanced and satisfying. I had heard good things about the restaurant and I was not disappointed. I also had the lime meringue tart which was awesome! Will definitely return to try more dishes.

Service was excellent; our waiter was one of the best I can remember. He actually brought things we wanted just as we were about to ask (i,e more butter and drink refills for he kids). The food was good but not exceptional. My lamb chops were the smallest I ever had. I've rack of lamb where the individual rack was... More

We enjoy special occasion dinners at Café Esin several times a year. Our latest visit was on par with other visits; excellent food and service! We decided on the zucchini fritters for something different to start; they are wonderful and packed with LOTS of zucchini (sorry I forgot to take a picture of our starter)! I had the salmon special... More
