Outstanding restaurant in Danville

It you are looking for exceptional service and delicious food, Esin is the place to dine! It is a "mom and pop" restaurant and everything is home made. Tonight I had their pot roast entrée, so good and the meat melts in your mouth. Just make sure you save room for one of their desserts, all of... read more

Esin represents fine dining at its best. It is a white-table cloth (with black napkins available –my wife’s test) upscale establishment with reasonable prices. The food is categorized as American and includes risottos, pastas, seafood, pot roast, steak frites, Mary’s chicken, etc. The pot roast is very tender and comes with garlic mashed potatoes. It is an excellent dish, and... More

I have eaten at Esin since they were in San Ramon. I have never been disappointed. The pork chop and lamb are some of my favorites (brined pork chop, with bone - delicious).. Lamb is served many ways and is always outstanding. The fish options are always outstanding - the sides are interesting and delicious as well. For For lunch... More

Love to dine here! We have had large group dinners, romantic dinners with just my husband, lunch dates with friends, also with my 9 year old grand daughter and even with my dog on the patio. Each and every time we were catered to flawlessly. The food is always good, beautifully presented and served in a timely manner. It's the... More

This restaurant has never been a disappointment. Today our service was exceptional, the food most tasty and filling. We split a soup and sandwich, just perfect. We tried the Mary's fried chicken sandwich and found it quite yummy. There special bread pudding desert was absolutely melt in your mouth wonderful!

The food, especially the desserts, is always outstanding. The service complements the food -- just the right amount of attention It seems like the restaurant is always full so reservations are a must. You can sit at the bar and order from the complete restaurant menu but the booths are so much more comfortable

After hearing for some time about how great this restaurant is from colleagues who dine here regularly, I group of us finally had a chance to give it a whirl. For the most part, the food was excellent, The full range of entrees ordered were spot on and delivered just as described and all very tasty. The appetizers that the... More

Cafe Esin is our go-to place for excellent dining. We were fans when they were in the San Ramon location and followed them to Danville. We have never been disappointed and will also have Cafe Esin as our favorite neighborhood place for fine food.
