Esin has been a neighborhood jewel since opening in 1998. The name Esin is not only the name of one of the owners but also means “inspiration”. The food is the passion of Chef & Owners Curtis and Esin deCarion. They strive to create cuisine that is fresh, seasonal, and prepared with great care. The fare is American with bits of Mediterranean influences. The wine list has been recognized by Wine Spectator & Wine Enthusiast magazines. Esin Restaurant & Bar relocated in July of 2008 to the Newest upscale lifestyle center The Rose Garden in Danville. The freshly designed dining room offers warm and comforting tones. Be sure to save room for one of Esin’s fresh made desserts that have become so well known.

It was hard to find a restaurant that was open on New Years Day but we were lucky to find Esin. We had never been there so it was a lovely surprise that the food was so good, and the surroundings so pleasant. We would definitely go to eat here again.

All I can say yes it's good, yummy, inventive - but one can get more food for the price. It's always crowded, they have quite the following so make reservations. I hope the restaurant succeeds for many years.

first off we had reservations on a slow night and they seated us in the bar rather than the dinning room. When we asked about it they said that the table in the dining room were for reservations. WTW. The menu had several very interesting items and the flavors sounded a little crazy but I love flavorful food so I... More

My wife and I had a "date night" at Esin recently. As usual, it was an amazing experience. The food, service and ambience is the total package at this great Danville restaurant. Our service was provided by Matt who was attentive but not overbearing. He knew the menu well and made a fantastic recommendation to my wife to try the... More

Great food. Worth the price. Under $30 'bistro menu". Lamb is excellent. Dinner is more $$$/ worth it! Divine desserts!

Cafe Esin is one of the best restaurants in Danville! Don't miss their lemon pie for dessert...not on the menu...ask your server! Food is fabulous and the lemon pie to die for!

Esin has been in Danville for many years and has a dedicated following. As an Esin fan, I dine here often with friends. Great desserts. Great service. The menu offers an interesting variety of entrees. My all-time favorite is the lamb burger. It is not on the menu, but is is available.

My friend and I needed a meeting place for lunch, and we are seldom in the same area at the same time. We needed something special. Guided by our trusty TripAdvisor and MapQuest, we found this lovely restaurant. The research paid off in excellent food selected from an outstanding menu of tempting choices, and a lovely outdoor café luncheon with... More
