Good Dining Experience

We came here a couple of weeks ago with friends to celebrate two birthdays. They were able to accommodate our big group, thankfully. The place is actually bigger than it looks on pictures. Food: I ordered the wild gulf prawns and it was delicious. It was a bit spicy but not overpowering. The... read more

The service and the food are great! The wine choice is fantastic. The lamb shank with polenta is an all time favorite. Every dessert I've had there is good

If I could break down this dinner into its parts, the entrees would get 5 stars. We had the pleasure of dining here 2 nights. Saturday- after a movie and Sunday-for a special dinner. We typically like to share two entrees so, the first night we had a deconstructed beef wellington which was delicious- omigosh yummy- and the gnocchi with... More

Good Food, Excellent service and very pricey. Very small room, tables very close together. I personally don't like sitting that close to others. Some outdoor seating.

The Peasant and the Pear has something for everyone. I've been here with a large group for appetizers and drinks, as well as with friends wanting to have an intimate conversation. The indoor seating is white table-cloth, while the patio is a bit more casual feeling. They have a diverse menu and wine list. They take pride in their work... More

Two friends & I went here and all three of us ordered the Burger. It was the Bistro Burger and it was delicious!! It had lots of goodies on it with a soft roll. We all ordered the french fries - the skinny long ones. Hot and melted in your mouth. The service was very good as well. Highly recommended... More

A couple of friends and I came here for lunch. The service was awesome, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. We were asked if we wanted to sit outside on the patio and we said yes. At first, it was really nice, but after our calamari appetizer arrived, flies arrived and would not go away.... More

Went there as a party of 10, kind of late 745PM? The server was very good, friendly without being fake, efficient and knowledgeable We had a few appetizers, ahi, fondue, shrimp and the mussels, all were good The rest of the meal was equally great, steak cooked well, French fries hot, my husband had the scallops. The nice thing is,... More

When you want a "neighborhood" restaurant to call your own, this is the place. I am addicted to the chicken salad sandwich for lunch. This is not your typical deli chicken salad but Rodney Worth's special smoked chicken salad that would bring tears to my grandmother if she was so lucky to experience it in her lifetime. And the salads... More

We have been going to this restaurant for years and it is a standby place to take our visiting friends from out of town. We love the chef and his story. He is a class-act person, who has worked very hard to build the group of restaurants he now oversees. Our recent experiences at the restaurant have not been up... More
