We love the food there and have never been disappointed - Try to go there any opportunity we get - Menu choices if are expanded would be great -

Heard great things but after dining was left confused. Clueless service, a menu that is mediocre and out of date. Rodzilla burger. Really

Had a dinner out with friends. Heard a lot about this restaurant. It was close to where they lived. Glad we made reservations because it was already busy at 6 pm. Seated promptly. Appetizers: Large Caesar salad (anchovies on the side if desired) and Burrata cheese on Crostini with an Apricot on top. Very fresh. Paella; Bistro Steak very nicely... More

Enjoyed Sunday brunch. Delicious elaborate brunch dishes. I had Salmon Eggs Benedict. Leave room for dessert!

We had a party of 12 for a high school graduation dinner. The food was outstanding. I had the halibut. Super good. The service was excellent. They were very attentive to our party. I will definitely go back when I'm there visiting again.

Had an extended business lunch at the Peasant and the Pear in Danville. I had a very good chicken sandwich with fries. The atmosphere was excellent and our server was very good letting us linger at our table while we talked business and did not make us feel rushed. I would certainly enjoy coming back for a social dinner when... More

I'd heard of Rodney Worth before, but never had a chance to eat his food. This little gem in Danville is easy to miss (and you might think parking is hard, but go behind the restaurant to find more options). We were there with a group, so didn't get to try the full menu, but what we had was excellent.... More

We ate a delightful lunch at The Pheasant and The Pear. I have been to this restaurant for dinner before, but this was my first time eating lunch here. This restaurant is tucked in to a quiet Danville shopping district. Parking is a breeze, as a large free (gotta love suburbia for the free parking!) lot backs right up against... More

Lovely small restaurant with very good food. Casual but white tablecloth spot. Good menu. Interesting use of pears on the menu.

Many people in Danville speak very favorably of this restaurant so we decided to take our mom there for her 95th birthday. We went on a Sunday so we could make choices from either the brunch or the lunch menu. The restaurant lived up to all the wonderful comments we had been told. We were immediately greeted, seated, and brought... More
