Description: At Chow, we only use organic produce. We are proud to use products from local vendors and to use those products to make everything in house. Our Danville location has a bakery kitchen that makes all the fresh produce and then sends it to each of our locations. If you love our jams, salad dressings or anything else, please note that our Lafayette location has a Farmers’ Market with these products. You can now add Chow’s Cooking to your Home Cooking! Enjoy!

We love Chow. The food is always fresh, and they have locally grown produce and other products in their meals. The goat cheese appetizer makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Thai salad and noodles are my other favorites. Great brew selections and specials, and really good lattes. Get a cinnamon roll if you go for brunch! Yum! Always... More

Very casual bistro style dining and good food. Appetizers were good as they were small portions and enough to share with a small group that we were in. Nachos was also surprising good and reminded my when I was in Mexico. Grilled organic pork chop was cooked really nice.

This is one of those convenient "go to" places when you don't feel like cooking: a good local hangout. The fireplace and décor makes for a cozy ambience. There is a patio available if you like to eat outside. The food is good and satisfying. Don't expect white tablecloths, the silverware is wrapped in paper napkins, which are left at... More

I came here for breakfast with a big group of people. The place is nice inside and the outside seating is great when the weather is gorgeous. The staff are very pleasant despite that it took them long to seat us. I do understand that they may have been overwhelmed with a very busy weekend. I like that their breakfast... More

I have been here several times for Sunday Brunch, but this time while the service was friendly the order got totally confused somewhere down the line, and the food was just not up too scratch.

Chow used to be one of our favourite casual restaurants but in the last year or so everything about it has deteriorated - the quality of the food, the staff, the cleanliness, the wait time to have your order taken and the food delivered, and the general atmosphere. When it first opened and for years after, we used to go... More

We went to Chow's because they have a patio that is dog friendly, and we were travelling from out of the area with our Black Lab. The patio was perfect and already well stocked with dog water bowls. The menu is quite extensive and we had a good dinner. It would have received five stars except that the staff was... More

Thanks for taking the time to review, and for the feedback! I'm sorry service seemed disorganized-- we like to make sure that our guests are well taken care of, so many people might come to your table... but this doesn't mean good service if we're not there when you need us! I appreciate the feedback and will review this with... More
