We first found this restaurant for lunch when we arrived in Hyde Park. Food decent and we caught on that volume is a major pursuit of Eveready diner. We ate a breakfast here and the pancakes actually were good! That was likely the first time in the past 2 dozen pancake breakfasts I have eaten out. (to make perfect buttermilk... More

Great variety for everyone at dinner. They were able to accomodate allergies and substitutions for any request we had.

The Eveready has a wide range of diner style food. The servings are very generous in size and the food well prepared. the staff was very attentive. A good diner style restaurant.

We stopped here on our way back from a full on day shopping at Woodbury Common Outlet Shopping... We were staying nearby with friends and had seen the place all lit up at night when passing. The place is amazing... the menu was massive and so much choice... be warned though the portion sizes are enormous and make it hard... More

A great place for lunch or a low cost dinner. Lots of choices and some great bakery goods, too. A convenient place to eat before returning to continue your Roosevelt Library and Museum visit.

If you are visiting the area, this is a must for breakfast or lunch. Big portions and reasonable prices. The menu is huge and overall a good experience. Service was great and even though it looked crowded, they were able to seat us promptly. Between four of us we had omelette, chili, a reuben, and a burger and all was... More

Great local diner. Lots of choices. Way above average quality and portion size. Never disappointed when I leave. I eat there whenever I can. My most recent visit was for lunch but I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and enjoyed each choice. They do get busy at the usual times, but never have to wait that long. They... More

The lunches served around me looked way better than the omelette I ordered, which was flimsy, undercooked and not that great. Skip breakfast options and go straight to lunch menu.

We ate in this Diner three times over the weekend of the 18th October. And we loved it. Great choice of menu. Wonderful retro atmosphere. Great value for money. Great service. I can highly recommend this Diner. There is only one think I like to change....the great and seat girls need to smile more and look less bored!

We had a wonderful meal at the Eveready Diner, after a day at the FDR museum. We had the "Mama's Pot Roast" and it was outstanding. It felt like a traditional homecooked Sunday dinner at your mother's house (that is, if your mother is an outstanding cook!). It was also a generous portion (enough for lunch the next day), and...
