Tasty brews but tasteless food. Chicken entree was basically two rubbery tenders, ungarlicky mashed potatoes, but decent mixed veggies.

Good food, good service, and convenience! I'm usually not a beer drinker, but it was fun to sample the different brews served by this establishment. It's lively without being loud, the food is good and reasonably priced, and it's just a short stroll from the nearby hotel. Why drive anyplace else?

We were here for a beer tasting for a business event. We didn't try any of the food. Atmosphere is classic pub style, though a little lighter and cleaner. The beers ranged the gamut, so everyone found a few they loved and a few they didn't finish. The hosts of the tasting though were entertaining and knowledgeable. If you're looking... More

At excellent restaurant with great atmosphere. The food was so good and even with an unexpected short staff we were well attended to and the food was served hot and quickly. Too bad the NPS will be dozing this place down. They do have other locations in near by cities so look them up. Not sure if they will reopen... More

This is worth the trip around the center of Gettysburg. They have a great selection of beers, I had the scotch ale and Belgian quad. Both were great! Kobe meatloaf was outstanding. The views across the street are amazing as well.

We arrived to a bustling Saturday night crowd. We had a little wait so ordered beer at the bar. I don't know how "beer-educated" the bartender was but a local patron was kind enough to be spot on with what we might like according to our tastes. You can get a sample first. After we were seated our waitress was... More

Could. You. Please. Hire. Servers. Who. Have. A. Clue. About. Beer. Or can pretend to. Tonight we got nothing but "I don't want to be here."

We were pleasantly surprised that Applachian Brewing was adjacent to our motel. Especially after a long day of walking the battlefield it was great to walk over, grab a beer and order something to eat. The food and service are good. The people that frequent this location are very nice and friendly.

We arrived at 9:45 pm with a group of 15 who were staying at the Wyndham. The hostess could not have been more annoyed and told us the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes and servers were being sent home. We were asked to wait while they figured out what to do with us. I was polite and flexible and... More
