Stopped for a late afternoon beer and snack and was not disappointed. Large selection of handcrafted beer (and sodas!) For a snack, the Balsamic Bleu Cheese Brewhaus Chips where amazing! Homemade crispy potato chips with blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing and drizzled with fresh balsamic glaze! Friendly bar staff

Ok, this is a mixed bag of a review. We went in there on 7/25/14 with 9 people. Great food and beer. They refused to split the check. What a pain, it is done in restaurants all over the world but no this place finds it to difficult to help the customer out. But whatever we liked the food and... More

We called ahead for reservations because we had 8 kids and 6 adults. The table was ready when we got there, the waitress got our orders perfectly right although there was a lot of musical chairs with the kids moving around to talk to their friends. The food was reasonably priced and very tasty. Drinks were good and the waitress... More

So my son and I stopped in to have a cold root beer and birch beer from draft. My birch beer had a funny aftertaste, and his "draft" root beer came from a bottle! I guess this was because he ordered the float, and not a regular root beer? It also had an odd after taste. I think the experience... More

Nice food and service, staff are friendly and knowledgable for the local area. We understand that the site has been purchased by the preservation society and the site will be retuned of its original state when the civil war happened so this micro brewery and restaurant may not be around for long.

We really were excited to try this brew pub (Buford Ave. location), but it was just a disappointing meal. As soon as we sat down we noticed trash all over the floor near our table, a little gross but we could overlook it if they were really busy, which they were not. Ordered garlic fries for an appetizer, they were... More

Appalachian Brewing Company is a brew pub chain, similar, thought not as upscale, as Iron Hill Brewery. There were two locations in Gettysburg; Battlefield Brew Pub and Gateway. The Battlefield Brew Pub, along with the motel on the same site, has been sold and will be torn down to add to the land surrounding General Lee's headquarters. So, the confusion... More

We stopped in here after a long day touring Gettysburg. Enjoyed the sampler of local brews and a small bit to eat before heading back to Hershey. Glad we spotted this place. Susquehanna Stout was good!
