Was staying at the Quality Inn-General Lee next door. So handy to walk to the restaurant. I had the fish and chips --Yummy! I'm not much of a beer drinker but had a light wheat ale which was very good. Sad that this restaurant and the hotel next door have to go. They were a great partnership.

This restaurant is located west of downtown and sits just off the edge of a battlefield. Our party of six arrived around 5pm and the place was empty however when we left at 6:15pm it was packed. It did not appear that any beer is brewed on this site. In the bar area where we sat, there is a nice... More

Like this restaurant and would go there when in town. Always got good service and a good meal. Okay I'm partial to the "Mile High Meatloaf". However, they are right next to Lee's Headquarters and the restaurant and Quality Inn are being taken down and returned to the 1863 state. It was bought by the Civil War Trust and is... More

Stopped in over the holidays while visiting relatives in the Gettysburg area. Had a very good meal and loved the selection of craft beers. Very tasty! The service was quick and friendly and we did not have to wait for a thing. Location is very convenient and we will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area.

This review is for the one slightly outside of town (as opposed to the one near the square). We ordered wings and burgers for lunch with a Scotch ale and a wheat beer. Service was quick and efficient. Wings were crispy and dipped in a good Buffalo Sauce with the usual sides Bleu Cheese Dressing and celery. Wings were slightly... More

OMG! Taken here by friends who've had several good meals here. Thursday evening we went in for dinner and had the least interested waitress any of us had come across in a long long time. She actually disappeared for 15 minutes at a time. Our first drinks arrived 15 minutes after we ordered them. Our orders were mixed up. Had... More

We ate at this restaurant as it was next to our hotel and we needed a quick snack. However, the service was down right horrible. Restaurant was practically empty, only one other table, and only one person at the bar. Bartender was barely there to take our order and every time I tried to catch her eye to put in... More

We stayed at the hotel next door and since this was the closest restaurant, we decided to try it. The cuisine is typical bar style food but was reasonably priced and decent. The service was excellent and food was quick.

We stopped here on a whim as we passed it during our exploration of the battlefield. The food was good and reasonably priced. They had a really good selection of craft beer on tap and the prices were decent. I really enjoyed the bock and the Belgian quad. They also had a nice selection of growlers and some gift packs... We had a great time eating here. The service and staff were top notch!! The food was good, atmosphere better, and convenience to our hotel couldn't be beat. Sad to see it go!
