Desserts is stressed spelled backwards!

Came in after dinner, had to have a shake. These folks were super friendly even though they were getting ready to close. Being the oinker that I was, I got a larger chocolate mint shake. The nice lady that made it for me even gave me the "extra" from making the shake, rather than throwing it out... read more

I've been to this place several times on my trips to Gettysburg. Yes, there is a high minimum purchase for cards, that's forgivable because I know how expensive it is to even have card readers in small family shops. Here is what irked me. There was an older woman and two young men working that day, they had beautiful customer... More

Super friendly staff! Very nice people - especially kid friendly! Love the ice cream! Lots of varieties. This place is always on list of things to do every time we are in Gettysburg!

Cannonball's a nice little old fashioned style ice cream parlor in downtown Gettysburg. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had the pumpkin pie milkshake and it was absolutely delicious. Best milkshake I've ever had! Worth the price!

I visited here while visiting Gettysburg. It is well worth a visit. I was well-received by the owners as soon as I walked in the door. They also sat with me while I was eating my Black Raspberry Sundae with whipped cream and sprinkles. I spent about half an hour speaking with the owners. The place had some 50s-style colors... More

What a great place! We stopped by to pick up shakes - they were delicious. Staff was overly friendly - just real nice people. Small, quaint shop worth the trip. Cool to see the cannonball in the brick facade, too.

It was just another small hand-dipped ice cream shop. Nothing seemed special about it. Extra charge for credit card use. Not bad, and convenient to downtown.

Great malts here. Food is ok, ice cream and malts and shakes are great. They will do combinations of flavors too. Nice owners.

We stopped in after dinner and enjoyed great ice cream. The shop is set up as an old time malt shop so everyone can experience this once common option for sweets. It is a delightful stop and recommend it for young and old alike.
