Disappointing

I had high expectations for this place but was disappointed by the quality of the food, especially for the price. It's not that the food was bad, it was just average in my opinion. The service was great, and the waitresses were very friendly.

During a recent stay in Gettysburg our group found themselves famished and in search of culinary relief. Alas, before us stood a temple of food whose name was apropos. The Lincoln diner whose slogan was, "voted number one diner in PA." What we didn't know but later learned to our chagrin was that the election was taken amongst the staff.... More

Stay away from this place. There's a good chance you'll get extra meat by means of the roaches !! Absolutely disgusting! !

We walked in and noticed some booths were dirty. Our hashbrowns were overcooked and the food was not hot. It did not taste good! Sorry, would not go back!

We popped in with a table of 9, and were seated in the back right away. The food was excellent, everyone at my table loved their meal. The menu is not sexy at all, home cooked food is what they offer. I had the crab cakes and they were excellent, lots of crab, little filler. The beet salad was a... More

Stopped in the Lincoln Diner for lunch. Typical diner booths and tables, place was clean. Serving staff were friendly and had a short wait for an enjoyable meal, consisting or a Burger and Ruben.

Diner options plus. Great desserts. Very accommodating to large groups. Friendly wait staff. Good location in town. They have their own parking lot.

Parking was easily accessed off either road at the restaurant, and was plentiful. Food was probably a four out of five, in comparison to other "Diner" format restaurants and was delivered fairly quick. First - I am not a high maintenance customer. That said... Service was, however, awkward and even difficult. The order required no less than five corrections, despite... More

The outside of the diner is misleading. It looks like a cute place to grab a bite. The inside is a different story. The menu had everything from shrimp to burgers, which isn't always a good thing. I figured I would play it safe with a burger so I got a blue cheese burger with fries and water. The patty... More
