Did Abe eat here?

We ate a great breakfast at reasonable prices. A definite stop while in town. This place is very busy so the food must be good...

Lincoln Diner has a typical diner menu. You cant go wrong with pancakes, eggs, burgers, gyros, and hot turkey sandwiches. The waiter was VERY nice and kind. We liked him alot. Not hard to look at either which is always a plus. ;) Great family restaurant. Also great for those 2am pancakes and cheese fries.

I have been to the Lincoln diner around 10 times. Every time I come down to Gettysburg I grab something to eat; breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This particular time I had my family with me. I ordered the fried shrimp basket,,, wow was that a mistake! The shrimp were not cleaned and they tasted horrible. I ordered two sides; the... More

Nothing too special about the Lincoln. But it has the best breakfast in Gettysburg. Stayed in Gettysburg with my wife & her parents & the B&B we booked only offered a continental breakfast. Came to the Lincoln instead & left completely satisfied.

This is a great (maybe only) place to get a late bite to eat. It is open 24 hours, and offers diner like food. Fun staff and good food...especially for 1:30AM!!!

It is absolutely the best place for a good hang over. I did not try their breakfast, we had lunch. It was not all that great, but usually you go to a diner for breakfast, so I think it was a misstep on out part. People were nice, cool little place.

It was a really cute and had a home town feel. Had a wide variety of choices to eat and drink. The service was very good and attentive. It all around was a good time.

We had breakfast here, and the food was very good. You could tell they use real eggs, unlike the hotel breakfasts. The portions were huge for the price! Our waitress was very attentive, and we were so very happy to see Heinz ketchup there, as other restaurants in the area were using Hunts and other less satisfying ketchups. ...and yes,... More

Hey, it's a diner and it serves diner food that more than decent. So what was so odd about it? The best way to explain it, I suppose, is that it felt like a really local place that doesn't much like having non-locals around. No one was rude, and the service was fine, but not a friendly word or smile... More

The diner was close to our hotel so we decided to stop for breakfast. It had a large menu of typical diner food. The waitress recommended the pancakes or French toast. I had French toast and other people in our party had pancakes. Both were good. It is typical diner food, nothing fancy just basic hearty food. We all cleared... More
