Good

Maybe it depends on who's working as I've had very bad meals and this past time a very good meal. Anyway, it's worth your time to stop. Not too many train car diners left anymore.

This is a traditional Diner. It is not fancy, but this is by far one of the best places I've been to anywhere! The service was top notch, and the Food... I had a really good Reuben, served with chips and a nice pickle. Wife had Ham loaf, creamed cucumber salad and corn fritters. We went back on Memorial Day... More

When family and friends come to visit, the Lincoln Diner is one place we always seem to end up. Never had a bad meal yet. If you like cheesecake, save room for dessert!

I ate here in May 2015. To be honest we went here as a last resort as ALL the restaurants in Gettysburg had a 1 hour plus waiting time due to a festival on in the town the weekend we were there! We went into the diner and straight away the waitress (who's name I think was Amy but I'm... More

I love good, cheap breakfast food. And this place didn't disappoint. My breakfast was simple and delicious. The price was fair, too. Honestly, the only reason I didn't say 5 stars was that service was a little slow.

Good food. Great value. Highly recommend for breakfast in Gettysburg. Breakfast for 2 was $8 plus tip. Hotel breakfast the next day was $25 and not nearly as good.

This Diner was strongly recommended to me - and it looked the part of a traditional American Diner. I ordered the cheeseburger and was served a disappointing dried up burger that was as tasteless as it looked unappetizing. There was a general air of disinterest in serving by the staff and a very dull visit all up.

We ate a great breakfast at reasonable prices. A definite stop while in town. This place is very busy so the food must be good...

Lincoln Diner has a typical diner menu. You cant go wrong with pancakes, eggs, burgers, gyros, and hot turkey sandwiches. The waiter was VERY nice and kind. We liked him alot. Not hard to look at either which is always a plus. ;) Great family restaurant. Also great for those 2am pancakes and cheese fries.

I have been to the Lincoln diner around 10 times. Every time I come down to Gettysburg I grab something to eat; breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This particular time I had my family with me. I ordered the fried shrimp basket,,, wow was that a mistake! The shrimp were not cleaned and they tasted horrible. I ordered two sides; the... More
