A Coffee House with character

We wanted to start our Gettysburg tour, so we stopped here for breakfast and coffee. It is definitely a coffee house, with unique blends, but they do have breakfast sandwiches made to order. It has small tables and local artists decorate the walls with their talent. It's not really a dine-in type... read more

Visited on a Sunday morning. Was a slow process to order. Then, the wait for the food. I'm not exaggerating, because I really did keep track of the time... it was 20 minutes that I waited for the special of the day "a bagel with egg, avocado & cheese." The poor lady making everything was making one thing at a... More

We stopped by for a quick breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. Our breakfast wraps were freshly made, the coffee was outstanding and the staff was friendly and efficient!

Stopped for breakfast while passing through Gettysburg. It is a cute cafe with a nice porch for sitting outside but it is not the place to go if you are looking for a great cup of coffee. The coffee was not bad but the latte had a lot of foam. Also, I was disappointed to see that they serve all... More

Decent place for a coffee. Of course, you will need to deal with a moderate attitude of "we're not Starbucks, so don't ask for Starbucks menu items". Other than that, the drinks were good. I had a carrot, orange and apple juice from their vegetable juicer that was pretty good. My wife ordered a caramel latte, that she swears she... More

I love coffee house. The girl at counter was nice but very slow. She was the only one serving. The serve yourself is not what i expected at a coffee house. They advertise ghost tours but knew little about it. Helpful with other information.

This is a gem of a coffee shop on one of the main streets in Gettysburg PA. Parking is easy -- plenty of spaces even on a busy August Saturday -- but bring your coins. The coffee is great. I loved the atmosphere so much I bought a cap. This is an art and coffee place, which is designed for... More

Had a great Ragged Edge Club sandwich...really filled me up and it tasted great. Came with a very nice salad, too. Staff was very friendly. Neat garden in back with tables, umbrellas, chairs. Like an English garden out back!

The Ragged Edge is the quintessential neighborhood coffee shop. It offers fresh-ground coffee, god Danish, and made-to-order sandwiches. It's in an old house one block from Lincoln Square in the center of Gettysburg, with tables on the porch in front, upstairs in a quiet room, and in the garden in back. Whether you're a local or a visitor looking for... More

Definitely a dive coffee bar for angst-ridden college students and pseudo-intellectual college drop-outs. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks either, but at least their businesses are clean and you know what you're going to get when you go there. This place wasn't very clean, the tea and coffee we had was OK, and the clientele was what I described... More
